Reviews of Sheraton Orlando North Hotel

Everything about the hotel was great. It’s very beautiful inside and it has four working elevators that are very quick. I think everybody’s favorite amenity was the pool in the hot tub. It was very beautiful out there and the hot tub featured a waterfall. The kids really enjoyed being at the pool. The bartender made probably one of the best Bahama mamas I’ve ever had! The breakfast was pretty good also.

The hotel was nice. The hallways were not air conditioned. The parking gate didn’t work despite a $20 daily charge. No one cleaned the room for two days. 

The service was great. My room had an issue with the door. The staff were extremely helpful and changed our room with better view in quiet area as we needed. We liked the interior and comfort. It is close to many places to eat and hang out. Trip.com did not clarify tye parking fee which was a surprise. Other than that, we were very happy with the staff and service at Sheraton North Orlando. Thank you!

Nice clean hotel, location is in a business district with no open local restaurants within walking distance with the exception of an Applebee's a couple of blocks away. Other than that it was a nice quiet place and would recommend to others.

The facility was clean and well kept. The service was good. Thank you Trip.com for the discounted price.

The room is big and comfortable as usual of Sheraton hotel style.

When I checked in, I asked the front desk and said that there was no parking fee, but I was deducted a parking fee of 20 dollars. The air conditioner in the room was too noisy, and it was impossible to sleep because of the high speed. The facilities were also very old. I didn't sleep all night. I don't recommend it! I won't be going back either!

除了地點以外其他好的沒話說，因為附近是洽公的辦公大樓比較多，所以餐點都是在downtown 先吃了才回飯店，不太適合沒法開車的遊客，附近走5分鐘有一個一小時一班的公車，去任何景點大概都需要30-50分鐘。 不過飯店設施非常棒，床很舒適而且安靜，大廳的服務人員也很溫柔有耐心，謝謝他們協助我處理一些寄件的事情。

酒店離機場半個小時，衞生不錯！離展館也是30分鐘打車左右！早餐不怎麼適合我們中國人的口味！沒有熱水喝很不習慣，找開水泡方便麪都沒有！
