That was specifically looking for a hotel.
That had a hot tub that didn't break the budget. The hot tub was a loop warm Bath. Just sometimes when you drive long distance you just want to soak a little. It was okay not very good.

Check in was good. Room was average. Went to get coffee 3 times empty everytime. Checkout was at 11. The cleaning lady knocked at 8 and waited outside our room on her phone until we left at 9.

The thermostat in our room was set to 98. Our room was so hot it was uncomfortable to sleep in. One of the mattresses had a sunken in spot that one member of our family had to make other arrangements to sleep someplace else.

Bathroom shower is old, hard water stains/buildup inside shower and outside shower. Rest of room is great!

Convenient location. But the ottoman in the room was stained and gross. Breakfast was definitely subpar for a holiday inn.

I forgot to tell them at checkout that the bathroom door lock in 217 did not work.
The pillows are fantastic! Where do you get them or what brand are they?

Left an expensive item in my room. When I went back to retrieve it an hour after checking out the room had already been made it up. Manager found the housekeeper, who was on her way to the office with item. It would have been easy to to make the item “disappear”, but the honesty of the housekeeper made for a happy ending! What more can I say !!!

Room size was ok but walls were dirty, missing hunks of the walls, shower had hair in it. Area's around the toilet were dirty. Fridge leaked. Nasty spot on the carpet next to the bed.

Would’ve given this hotel better rating but they charged my CC twice for one night then said the 158.00 is just a hold they put on.. at 3am when my card has already been charged for that amount plus 25.00 for pet.
Now gotta wait a week or dispute this. Front desk said this is a standard hold. So 340.00 for one night essentially. Also it was loud all night long.
Won’t be back.
