Hotel Amabile Maizuru

We chose a room with two single beds!! The room was very clean and nice. ✨✨ There was a brick building nearby, and the view of Self-Defense Force ships from the waterfront was truly impressive! I would love to stay at the same hotel again when traveling to the Sea of ​​Japan. For dinner, we went to the nearby Izakaya Himiko, which was recommended by the hotel and which I had seen on Google. It was a counter-and-table restaurant, and the food and customer service were excellent, but because it was a counter, the fish was prepared right in front of us, so it smelled a bit fishy, ​​which was a bit disappointing. I would love to return to the Sea of ​​Japan, a place that holds so much meaning for my father!!☺️

The air conditioner is dirty and making a strange noise like an air leak.

Although the parking space is small and a little insufficient, it's a nice hotel with a large public bath.

If you have a car, you can go to the Red Brick Building right away. The price is reasonable and the room is spacious enough. The key is not an auto-lock. We were only given one key, so it is necessary to arrange a time before going to the large public bath with your partner.

The front desk staff was very new. The bathroom was also nice.

The staff were kind and the facilities were good. I stayed here with breakfast included. The breakfast was delicious. I recommend the soba noodles topped with grated yam and onsen*. And the navy curry was light and the meat was tender and delicious. Also, the music box in the lobby was lovely.

I had stayed here before and it was good, so I stayed here again this time, but the room next door was noisy and I couldn't sleep very well. I could hear people talking from early in the morning, which was unpleasant.

The room is not new, but very clean. There is a newly renovated bath on the first floor. It is very close to the pier and a 15-minute walk to Higashi-Maizuru Station.
