The view of the hotel was good. The rooms were neat and clean.Food was good. All the services like spa, swimming pool and many others were available.

Rooms are good but AC is not affective. Food and service is good. AC is not at all working in restaurant dining hall.

The location is close to the beach and easy to access. Food is great. The room was clean.Staff was so polite and helpful. All the resort areas were well maintained. The pool was not clean.

Our family had a grate time in golden crown, food was awesome and staffs were friendly..... Room were clean and neat....we Felt like we are in 5 star Hotel. ... Thank you The Golden Crown for giving us wonderful memories ❤️❤️❤️

extension not ground floor room another gests like mouse and lizards are also available to welcome you..if you on the switch of AC then you will get dobule bonnaza with tv that will automatically on after that if you are late to check out by 5 minute to 15 minute then you have to pay one day room charge..no matter rooms are available or not on the same date and you can't stay in the room after paying charge. ultimatly management decison is considered final decison.

The property is not maintained well and highly priced. A very old property with no maintenence. The staff is good but however the property is not worth your vacation. There are better options available in the same price near to this property. The restaurant is below average.

Bed sheet was not clean, asked to change it but they didn't change later they change it after i made call to reception

Hotel location was very good, room interior was amazing and bath tub was also very good (unexpected thing), pool was quite big, breakfast menu was quite good and food was very tasty

The hotel is at a great location close to colva beach, it’s a good property with pool, balcony/ sit outs, and all basics are available. Being at the close promoximty of the beach this hotel has a great advantage and I saw the previous reviews however don’t find any challenge in may stay. Hot water was continuous, f&b service and all staff is helpful . Special thanks to Mr Hemant naik who was really courteous checking around wi th guests and was helpful, serving the best experience. Thank you to him and his team And others at reception and staff thanks to them too for making my families holiday great. Kids loved the swimming pool, and games.

We had four days stay for family. Very pleasant family tour to goa especially to cover south goa and one of important part was to find right hotel. Property location - near to colva beach and market. Food excellent. Amenities ok. Gym was closed, swimming pool not so much clean. Staff service - quite good, helpful, cheerful. Outside hotel- taxi stand, quite higher rates, cabs availability faster compared to goamiles. (goamiles is quite cheaper compared to taxi based.
