Last minute booking made st Red Planet after finding out that they actually have an available parking space. The hotel provides basic amenities such as a very comfortable white comforter with decent size rooms. Not much to do at the hotel as they do not offer other services. Food can be brought outside and bring in to the room, but there is a Sports Bar by the reception entrance which offers food options, drinks and entertainment. The hotel is also just walks away from the sprawling bars and restaurants in Poblacion,the new and booming trendy spot these days.

The hotel has a very nice location in Makati, surrounded by many very good restaurants and cafes, is very quite at night so you can get a good night of sleep, the staff is very friendly and helpful with anything I asked from them! Room is very spacious and most important very clean! Is definitely worth booking with them if planning to stay in the city for few days. About makati is a very safe area and is also easy to get from there to Intramuros or binondo, taxi or grab would be between 300 and 400 peso. You are on a walking distance (15 minutes or less) from Poblacion which is the club and bar area. Highly recommend this place!

It was easy to locate the Residence and it feels like home. I enjoyed my stay overall. and I will definitely recommend to others Work a bit more on the payment system for gaining access to the pool. I had to wait for about 30mins just to pay a fee

Absolutely loved the modern and clean design of the room and the bathroom, the great customer service, the fact that there were lots of outlets in the room, the mini fridge and hairdryer, the dispensers for shampoo and soap (minimizing plastic waste!), the rooftop bar, and the water dispenser on my floor near the elevators. Poblacion, Rockwell, Burgos, and even the CBD are just a short walk away. Although I was placed in one of the quieter rooms of the hostel, the soundproofing still had some issues as I could hear the mass at the church outside and the sound of the TV in the room beside mine. It was good that the aircon was a bit loud as it was able to slightly drown out the noise of the TV. Although the towels smelled freshly laundered, they didn't look super clean as they were old and have been used over and over before. The double bed was two mattresses together, which would be uncomfortable if you liked rolling around the bed. I just chose which side I was going to sleep on (one of the mattresses was not as firm as the other one).

This is my go-to hotel. All the staff here are wonderful and so accommodating. They excel in doing their jobs. You will see their hard work and dedication to provide the best service they can offer. Kudos to Ella and Jess for making a highly efficient team. The management is lucky to have them. The bldg has an excellent location with proximity to railway. A great deal in a prime area. Rooms are clean with comfy bed and pillows. There is a convenience store just beside the hotel. Guests will surely come back. Your home in Mandaluyong.

The hotel is conveniently located within a 10-to 20-minute walking distance of SM Mall of Asia. You can take an Ejeep from PITX and drop off at Coral Way, which is one block before SM Arena, making it easier to commute to the hotel. The reception area is large and has a friendly atmosphere. The hotel personnel is excellent as well; they respond to our inquiries even when they are unable to fulfill our requests. We have a problem with the air conditioner since it occasionally turns off on its own, but the room and bed are large. There aren't enough towels in the bathroom, so we ought to request housekeeping. There can only be two tiny free water bottles each room. The lack of a lifeguard, children's lifevests, and the ability for children to enter the pool alone makes it dangerous. Breakfast is a very Filipino style, with simple ingredients (sinangag, champorado,corned beef, longganisa, eggs,fish fillet, daing and also pancit, ec.) that taste amazing. Looking forward to returning to this hotel.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful area! It’s in such a convenient area, there’s a lot of shops and restaurants around. The hotel is also stunning, the staff was super helpful with everything I needed. It’s also close to the airport so it’s convenient. The room was fairly comfortable and clean, better than I expected. Definitely worth it, I’d come back again!

During my recent 3-day, 2-night stay at Swiss-Belhotel Blulane in Manila, the overall experience left much to be desired. While the hotel had potential, the importance of providing quality service to guests seemed inconsistent. Firstly, there was a noticeable discrepancy in the service provided by the on-the-job trainees. While some displayed genuine warmth and eagerness to assist, others seemed hesitant, particularly when they perceived that a guest might not offer a tip. This attitude detracted from the overall guest experience and contradicted the essence of hospitality, which should prioritize genuine care and assistance regardless of gratuity. Additionally, the functionality of the elevators was a significant inconvenience. With only one elevator in operation, guests frequently experienced delays and overcrowding, resulting in frustration and inconvenience. This issue significantly impacted the efficiency of guest movement within the hotel and should be addressed promptly to enhance overall satisfaction. In conclusion, while this hotel in Manila has potential, there are notable areas for improvement, particularly in ensuring consistent and genuine guest service and addressing operational inefficiencies such as elevator functionality.
