The stay was terrible 1st the photos are deceiving looks like you are over looking the city but it’s overlooking a construction site and that site is noisy! It will wake you up along with the traffic noise. We also complained about our aircon not working at the room as soon as we got in they told us to wait for it to get cooler but never did and we were not transferred to something with better air conditioning. It was disappointing stay we only stay for 1 night so bearable but if you staying more than one night find something better value for the money location of this place is also not great you’re going to need taxi anywhere you go.

Good place, clean, the room are fairly big and comfortable. It's noisy in the morning if the room face the street so earplugs are recommended for light sleeper. The staff is helpful and professional.

No hot water, we had to move to another room after our first night. Not convenient to move all bags. Breakfast is one of the worst i experienced, had to continously ask the staff to refill. Asked them 2 times to make up the room without sucess.

I need to call 4 times just to get bottle of mineral waters. And the next day, to get a laundry plastic bag also need to make 2-3 calls. The service needs to improve. While the room is really clean and comfy. Location is great

Parking was very difficult and the people staying are mostly chinese nationals so the place smelled like cigarettes. The rooms were okay for the price, the buffet was a bit basic.

Had to switch rooms three times due to a broken door handle, a malfunctioning window, and a blocked sink. Despite these issues, the staff were friendly enough.
