The Hotel is Clean and very accessible. Not toiletries and slippers but nonetheless it was a good place to stay to.

Too disappointed. We payed and booked for double room but the hotel give us the twin bed room. I was not informed during check in. We rather opted to used the room and just moved the bed.

The place is clean and I can say I was able to rest. front desk is very helpful. I will truly recommend this to my friends. It was an absolutely great place to stay.

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night only. The location was great, close to the busy area with food stalls and restaurants. There was even a 7-Eleven and a small restaurant serving Filipino food on the first floor of the hotel building. Lobby was on the second floor, spacious and bright with full of light. However, the room we booked was very basic. 2 twin-beds, 1 small table with a small safe, 1 wooden tray hanging on the wall serving as another table, 1 clothes hanger, and that's it. The bathroom was quite small, no amenity and only a head shower available.

The location and value for money are great, but the surrounding area is quite run down. There's no fridge, and while the first set of towels seemed clean, the replacement towels were old and had a slight odor. The bathroom drain was clogged, and the all-in-one shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser was empty, so I had to request a refill. There was no bottled water, and no soap or toothbrushes, which I expected. I noticed the cleaning staff reusing partially used toilet paper rolls to replenish the rooms, rather than fresh ones. There was also some mold visible on the blinds. This was an unavoidable choice due to my personal schedule. The staff weren't friendly; they seemed annoyed, which I guess is typical for Manila. The room is tiny; it's okay for an unavoidable one-night stay, but anything more than two days would be tough.

It's very accommodating, good location, easy to find and the staff are good, smooth transaction clean room great view.

The frontdesk or personnel are not responsive and there is no telephone in the room finding it difficult to to contact the frontdesk in case of emergency. Lack of basic essentials in the room.

Philippine standard. Don't set your expectations too high. Good location, but everything else is mediocre. Very small rooms with no storage space. The price is accordingly. Not recommended for couples staying for an extended period.

I use this hotel to transient through my trips and that serves the purpose. One thing I dislike as I normally check out from 2am to 3am, is the checking of the room which takes a while. But it is what it is.
