My stay at the Berjaya Makati Hotel was overall very convenient, making it especially ideal for first-time independent travelers to Manila. Located in the Makati business district, the hotel is surrounded by restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping venues, making it practical for dining out, picking up daily essentials, or planning city itineraries. From the hotel, you can easily plan visits to shopping malls like Greenbelt and Glorietta, while soaking in the vibrant atmosphere of Manila's modern commercial hub. I believe the hotel's biggest advantage is its practical location, serving as a great base for exploring Manila. Before checking in, I recommend confirming your room type, whether breakfast is included, and the condition of amenities such as the air conditioning, hot water, and Wi-Fi. Traffic in Manila can be heavy, so it's best to allow plenty of travel time when heading to Intramuros, Binondo Chinatown, or the airport. Overall, if you are looking for accommodation in a well-equipped neighborhood with easy access to shopping, dining, and sightseeing, the Berjaya Makati Hotel is worth considering.

Friendly staff, great location for bar-hopping, with a mall and shops nearby.

Excellent location, very spacious rooms. We stayed on the 24th floor, but the view wasn't great as it overlooked the wall of an adjacent building. Overall, everything was decent, but the carpets could use an upgrade or a good dry cleaning.
