The location is absolutely superb! I stayed here because I got an incredibly cheap rate with a special discount, but here are some things to note:
1) As of February 2026, the elevator is manually operated, so you'll need to call the front desk or the elevator attendant to use it.
2) Only bath towels are provided; there are no hand towels.
3) Only shampoo and soap are available; no other amenities like toothbrushes are provided.
4) Since this is a condominium, hotel guests check in at the reception counter opposite the main counter.
On the positive side:
1) The room comes with a kitchen, including dishes, pots, and cooking utensils. Having a microwave in the room was very convenient.
2) The shower worked perfectly fine.
3) There are two 7-Eleven convenience stores nearby.
4) The area boasts numerous large supermarkets, an older but affordable and convenient department store, brand-name shops, museums, and many other commercial facilities. There's also plenty of natural environment with several parks, and a wide variety of restaurants.
5) Although it's an older building, I found it to be acceptably clean.
Aside from the elevator, the experience was good.
