clean but I never like i need to put up security deposit

Toilet is really slippery but you don't have to worry, since it's narrow, you'll still be standing even if you slipped, elevator is out of order, good thing we've packed lightly, I can't imagine those who've booked here with full luggages, as the rooms are in the 3rd and 4th floor, they managed to fix it the following day. Don't expect much on the free breakfast. Cleanliness is okay, Service can be further improved, staff in the morning doesn't even greet you, I don't know if they're having a bad day or what.

The hotel is good for short stays but the location is kind of shabby and a bit unsafe especially during the night. Recommended but try to stay aware if going outside.

In my long years of booking/staying in a hotel, 5stars or not, I can say that this is the worst experience I ever had. When I said worst, I MEAN WORST!!!! I checked in late, around 11pm already. - First THEY DONT HAVE TROLLY FOR YOUR THINGS. And even the receptionist saw that I have so many things to bring up in the room, she did not even offer or call someone to help me bring my things up to the room since they don’t have trolly. -Second, when I entered the room. The TV Remote control isn’t working. The guard went up and checked. I REPEAT, the GUARD, not a hotel staff or even a housekeeping staff. When he checked, it’s not the remote control isn’t working, the TV itself. The GUARD exchanged the TV in my room from another one, which lasted for more than 10mins of my time. -Third, when I finally fixed my stuff, I prepared to freshen up, but when I checked the toilet, there is no bathtoom tissue and the toilet bowl has like a dirty mark (check the picture). I reported it bcoz that is considered an “eww”. I was told that it’s just bcoz of the sealant, damaged one to be exact and yet they still let their guest use the room? Well they offer a room transfer, so I need to go up to another floor and bring all my stuff again and the GUARD did not even helped out. What an inconvenience already. -The last but definitely the WORST PART! When I checked in, I was told that the breakfast will be delivered at 8am. I requested not to deliver at that time bcoz we’re probably sleeping at that hour since we are working at night. The receptionist AGREED. Morning came, we just slept, we are awakened by a continuous knock on our door EVEN IF WE PUT A DND SIGN. When I opened up, it’s the breakfast delivery. I pointed at the DND sign and the lady just said “For breakfast po kasi” REALLY??? EVEN IF NO ONE IS ANSWERING AND THERE’S A DND SIGN, SHE KEPT ON KNOCKING. How frustrating is that?? For people who worked at night, going back to sleep once awakened is so hard to do! That boils me up!!!! What a ridiculous experience!!!! NOTE: Their twin room is so noisy at daytime because you can hear the road noise outside plus the blackout curtain isn’t blakcout at all and their bathroom smells bad!!! ROOM 707! WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!!
