_I Recently Extended My Stay at the Sheraton Makkah Jabal Al Kaaba and Had a Wonderful Experience!_ _Advantages:_ 1. _Prime Location_: The hotel is conveniently located just a 4-5 minute walk from the Haram, making it an ideal choice for pilgrims. 2. _Good Overall Impression_: My overall experience was positive, with a comfortable stay and excellent service. 3. _Friendly Reception Staff_: The reception staff, particularly Sheriff Lemma, were exceptionally friendly and attentive, regularly inquiring about my stay and seeking feedback for improvement. 4. _Helpful Housekeeping_: The housekeeping team was very helpful and ensured my room was always clean and comfortable. 5. _Exceptional Quality_: I would rate this hotel more than 5 stars due to its exceptional service and facilities. 6. _Will Definitely Return_: I plan to stay here again in the future.

The hotel was good food wasn’t good

We stayed in Junior suite during our recent trip to Makkah, we booked this room specifically to get access to club lounge where one can have free refreshments all day, up on checking we were told their club lounge is closed for renovation, it was really disappointing, had we know this before we would have booked standard room instead of junior suite.

Very good place and just a few steps to haram. Highly recommended.

Difficulty in checking in. I was told that my accommodation did not include breakfast and told I would have to wait for confirmation. Still, the following morning when I went to get breakfast, my room number wasn't on the list. The restaurant staff initially refused to let me in for breakfast, but in the end they gave in. The receptionist, whose name I have forgotten but which begins with L, is always pleasant and helpful. She gave me a larger room as an upgrade.

Stayed 6d7n when performing umrah. Great hotels. Nearby free shuttle to masjid aishah at tanaim for Miqat. Great staff. Walkway to haram around 10 mins (to the new extention). Will come back when extension area fully completed (connected to bridge. So close!)

Spacious room with great amenities and good option for breakfast spread. There is connecting bridge for walk to Haram but a bit steep for the walk back to hotel

Excellent service from the hotel and the team. The reception team, the ground floor assistance, and the room cleaners were exceptionally professional and helpful; they made my stay worth the while. Also, a nice touch from the call from the reception to check on how I was doing, how my stay was and whether I was in need of anything.

Brilliant service and nice hotel, it’s on a hill so slightly tiring, due to work at Haram the hotel is a little far away , but once completed will be very close. Would recommend for young and fit person.

Great hotel with great staff especially brother Tariq and Saiful Islam. House keeping was amazing and the service was 10/10 I truly enjoyed my stay here. The only down side is that there’s a small hill coming back from the haram but it’s not a major issue and is very close. Overall I would recommend this hotel I would most likely be returning upon my next trip. Thank you Sheraton
