The hotel offers excellent 5-star facilities and a pleasant ambiance. The front desk staff is very cooperative and welcoming. I was able to check in about 6 hours early without any issues. The hotel is clean, and the rooms come equipped with a locker, weighing scale, and TV. The gym and swimming pool are top-notch, and the breakfast buffet is outstanding with a wide variety of options. I’ve stayed here twice within a year. Previously, they provided a shuttle service to Ajiyad Road, which was very close to Haram. This time, however, they use larger buses that drop off at the back of the Ajiyad bus station, increasing the distance to about 500-600 meters from Haram. There are only two large buses, and they leave as soon as they are full, not strictly following the schedule. I ended up taking a taxi for 10 riyals multiple times. Despite this, I highly recommend the hotel for its excellent facilities. Additionally, Albaik is conveniently located just across the road.

A lot of things that are happening in good way here. Clean, service, smiling crew members, help.

Transport to Haram and back is a nightmare.Theres no organisation or planning in place. No timing given. We missed few solat at Haram because of this. If no bus just tell us or if any roadblock so we can take uber etc. From Haram to hotel is chaotic that people start pushing each other. Elderly and children were not spared. Clearly Hotel management didnt plan properly. Saw other Hotel bus was properly arranged. Even the taxis knows bout all this as they lurking around and said “Holiday Inn”. They dont even mention other hotel. As they know this is on going thing. At the hotel theres not even a bench for elderly to sit and wait. Some squat on the floor coz too long waiting. Informed the duty staff but the attitude of duty supervisor and receiption is “NOT MY PROBLEM” Stampede /accident just waiting to happen. Not recommended for families or with elderly .

A bit far but shuttle is available round the clock It was a wonderful experience will stay again

5-7 minutes by taxi have own shuttle also . Room was very good nice big size comfortable very prestige feel good customer service check in was straightforward

Pathetic service and no housekeeping. No one received the call at reception. Not recommended to stay her especially for families.

Check in took way too long although I was almost in the front of the que. Also no queuing system. Guests with key issues and other issues gapping infront of que. Check-in process needs to be more efficient!

My first time experience in holiday inn hotel in azziya but I am enjoying a lot and services is too good

2 days straight I have my light on to please clean my room and they didn't clean it . I saw them in the hallway and they skipped it. The bus service to haram is really nice and frequent

Very good looking hotel, huge building with spacious rooms. Just apposite Albaik roast. Shuttle service to haram is prompt.

Rooms are clean and tidy. Location is good since you get free parking. Room service is not available. Breakfast have many items to eat but regrettably they don't have any Indian food. They should include something in there Menu for the Indian Subcontinent people. Rest all is great about the hotel. One important thing and the best thing, the shuttle bus drops on the clock tower side, Haram is easily accessible from this side. They have Shuttle busses every hour for 24 hrs. They have a swimming pool where kids and adults can swim. I request the hotel management to include Indian Subcontinent food in the breakfast menu.

The bus service to and from the kaba was sub-average. One of the bus drivers was really good and punctual. The other guy was horrible. The staff at the reception didnt really have a clue about when the buses arrive/leave. I had booked a room with a king size bed, and when i arrived, i was told that i would be given a room with two smaller beds which would be joined. It took me sometime after talking to the duty manager to get that changed. This is my first time at the holiday in, and im not sure if all the rooms are this big, but the room i got was huge. Much bigger that the average room size in Makkah. The hotel over all was quite nice.
