Family room was very small and the shuttle was not so smooth. But breakfast was very delicious

Hotel is close to the Masjid but is around the back so still takes a.7-10 minutes to reach the actual masjid entry. The hotel is on a hill so it is difficult to get back upwards especially for elderley and mobility issues. The hotel is very nicely decorated but rooms could be cleaned to a higher standard and looks worn out. The room was much smaller than expected and 'haram view' is not great as its the back of the masjid where is construction on going. Also you need the room key card to operate the lifts and the key cards stopped working numerous times so you cannot access lift or room. On one occasion i was left waiting for 15 mins whilst they tried to fix it. The breakfast is great with lots of choices and an egg chef Overall for price expected better.

It is a good hotel and near the haram.Bed size is good as well breakfast

Nice hotel, comfy bed, good breakfast, close to Haram less than 10 mins walking distance. Just that you need to walk uphill a bit on your way back to hotel otherwise u can take taxi 20sar. Overall good stay.

I loved this hotel and will definitely be coming back here.

one of the nearest hotels to holy mosque in Makkah and most of its rooms are partially view on the mouque

The service is at a high and sophisticated level, giving good health to all employees

It was good in general but we took a panoramic suite with a view of the Haram but in the end there was no view at all only on the way to the Haram! this hotel does not have a view of the Haram because there is a new installation just opposite so it will have to update their description! Also it is not 50m but more than 100m that is why it provides a shuttle to the Haram!
