As per previous review. For this booking, thanks to Mr Haitam for assissting me. I got a room near to the lift. Thank you so much 🙂 On average, i waited less than 1 minute for the lift. Extra 2-5minutes from the hotel to reach Kudi bus station by the shuttle bus. 6-8minutes walk from Kudi bus station to the mosque. Going back from the mosque to the hotel takes a bit longer time during peak hours. Overall, i highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel's room was great,big and spacious. Has many lifts for each tower so the queue lini was managed. The only deficiency was checkin process, need waiting more than 1hr to be given the keycard and no room cleaning, you have to ask and call several times for cleaning. During Jan is the peak season of umra, expect waiting line at kuday bus station to hotel around 30-40mins

************* we had a very pleasant stay here in Le Meridien Towers Makkah. It’s not as crowded and the shuttle to Haram is 24/7 with hardly any waiting time when we want to board the bus to and from Haram. We were pleasantly upgraded by the hotel and they even gave us complimentary tea on our first night. As we reached very late at night, I was grateful that I’m able to get some quick snacks for my young child and that the shops remain open then. We didn’t ask for housekeeping to come and clean our rooms but they were attentive and prompt in their service. Insya Allah we may stay here again for our next umrah.

A good hotel with good facility and amenities in Makkah city. Happy!

The best hotel for me in Makka Near the Haram Best deal with all the staff from reception front desk till the restaurant ,.................

Perfect for families It’s almost like you are staying at clock tower cuz h get bus from the door of your hotel and u get dropped off at the clock tower what else do u want

Abolutely amazing stay. Shuttle to Al-Haram is available around the clock and available every 5-10 mins. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. I’ve stayed in this hotel many times.

This hotel is my favourite place to stay when i come to mecca for umrah. Every 5-10 mins shuttle bus to haram.

The room was good, the position was near from Masjid, and there was 24H shuttle bus which stop by in Kudai Station. Easy to walk to Masjid👍

Great location. direct bus to haram in 2min. Take blue dallah bus outside tower 5. same on return. Room was spacious. had a kitchen and oven. iron and iron board, safe, 2 sofas, king bed. so all good Disliked the filthy shower room and sink. no shampoo etc. breakfast was good enough. The reception team was nice and helpful. Staff was working hard to make our stay comfortable.

We try and stay here most of the times. It’s just perfect for people with a limited budget and their shuttle service is excellent. The rooms are very very spacious and clean.

Great location and customer service. Overall great experience, would recommend.

Their service and rooms are excellent and have 24 hours shuttle service for Haram Pak.
