The bed is clean and quite comfortable. We suggest preparing a few pairs of slippers for guests. Because floor is very cool😂😂

Room was in poor conditions. The walls of the toilet is moldy, the toilet door had stains and the mirro have fiber prints.

There are two operators at this property. I booked under D'Pine, which does not include parking—you’ll need to park at the opposite public car park and follow the instructions provided to collect the key. Although there's a hotel check-in counter, they mentioned that only bookings made under The Pine come with complimentary hotel parking. So if parking is important to you, keep this in mind. Since my booking was not under the hotel, amenities were quite basic—just towels, body wash, a small hair dryer, and an iron with ironing board. We had to bring our own shampoo and toothpaste. Overall, the location is great, just a straight road to Jonker Street and easy to get a Grab car. The room was spacious and quiet, and we were quite happy with our stay!

I am very disappointed with the management of this property. Firstly, the parking is not free — we had to pay RM26 per day, and the parking lot is located opposite the hotel. The management did not allow us to park in the hotel’s own parking area. Most hotels provide free parking for their guests, so this was really unreasonable. Secondly, we asked the host if we could extend our check-out time from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., but the host ignored our message and only replied around 11:30 a.m., saying that we must check out by 11:30 or pay an extra RM15. They didn’t show us this extra charge rule on the Trip app — they only mentioned it at the last minute, which felt very unfair and unprofessional. Overall, the poor communication, lack of transparency, and unreasonable parking and check-out policies made our stay very unpleasant. Definitely not worth the trouble. I won’t rent from this management again in the future.

Intentionally booked this place to chill out with my friends, 4 of us were checkin to room with only left thn half a roll of tissue. a tissue box was the only alternative. texted the person only got a reply within 30 minutes asking if im in the room. thought that the tissue roll will come after, nothing was done till i check out.

Very convenient and very accessible.  Rooms are big and very comfortable.
