Overall is ok. Second time there in 2 months. This time booked 3 king size rooms. A bit disappointed as the check in for 1 room was delayed till 4 pm. But had to credit them to try to fulfill all the requests. The room had some defects. Hopefully they would be alert of the damages. The river view was awesome. But the breakfast had little variety.swimming pool awesome with play ground i side pool

Good location, excellent staff, service was impeccable, lovely room facing the river and perkampongan, not far from jonker walk

Clean Spacious room with extra large bed. My room is facing the beautiful scenery of Melaka river and well maintained Morten Walk. Easy to get food since it is in a small mall. Might stay again at this hotel

It was a good short stay. The hotel might be a bit old but overall it was a good short stay for us. Breakfast was good. Location was walking distance to multiple tourist attractions. Staff were friendly. The photo is a view from our room on the 28 floor.

The overall experience was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. As I am in a hurry for business lunch appointments, the staff assist me with an early check-in where I can do a quick wash up and proceed with my lunch appointment

Location is acceptable, near to the crowded area but away from the traffic jam. A bit of walking distance to the jonker and main attraction site. It could be easily covered by car, but beware of the traffic jam. The car park is at level 7 which requires a lot of turning on the ramp to go up. Lower floor parking is available with a one time fee. Service crew at polite and friendly. The hotel promotes their buffet breakfast, which in my view, it is worthy of good value. Gym and swimming pool is available, the swimming pool seems to be a hit among the kids with a bunch of them are there most of the time. Lastly the room, which is a bit horrible. No issue with the cleanliness and interior design, but the renovation workmanship is terrible

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free, which made the experience even more convenient. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment to relax in. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any needs. Breakfast was well-organized despite the long queues during peak season, ensuring a smooth flow for guests. The food tasted good, though there’s room for improvement. My only suggestion would be to adjust the coffee machine’s ratio of coffee to milk, as the coffee was too creamy and lacked a strong flavor. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

Clean room, comfortable stay, but staff (a guy) in the afternoon shift not very friendly, otherwise all good.

The hotel environment is nice, with spacious rooms and a good breakfast. However, the sink was severely clogged, the shampoo felt very dry, and there was someone singing on the balcony constantly until midnight and then starting again at 6AM, which was very disruptive.

The hotel rooms are excellent, clean and tidy. Even the balcony floor are clean, not something that is very common. Only thing is the shopping center below the hotel are very empty, most of the shops are closed.

Had a short but pleasant 2D1N stay at Swiss Garden Hotel Melaka. The room was just nice for two people, and the overall facilities were okay. The location is great—just a 15-minute drive to Jonker Street and the Red Church, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The Shore Mall, attached to the hotel, feels slightly old-school but still useful. One highlight was the breakfast buffet—huge variety! Refill was fast, though the food was slightly cold (probably because the aircon was blasting). Loved that breakfast runs from 4 AM to 12 noon, giving plenty of time to enjoy it.

Great location with friendly staff. Can order grab for food easily. Some facilities need to be improved.
