Location is beside Mahkota hospital, is very convenient to go , and a lot of shopping mall also many restaurants

We arrived earlier that the normal check in time. The room was already ready and we do not have to wait. It was easy and comvenient to request for additional toiletries. Overall the stay was wonderful.

Love this hotel coz is superb convenient,we took coach frm Sengkang to the hotel. The room itself is big nice n clean. Just the service not so happy whem we call.for room servive they answer vry fast but our needs was not fufilled call till 5 was transfer n no one anwer for room service we wamted order some fpod for the kids. Timing was 8.30pm. The nxt day try again was transfer the call n one answer, so total try twice only no amswer we give up. There is variety of places to eat nearby by to malls and tourist atrraction.

Location convenient. Lots of shops and food nearby. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our door cannot be opened. Staff changed room for us immediately.

There is a coach station at this hotel, convenient for travellers. Our room was available for early check-in at 12pm, allowed us to drop-off our bags and start exploring Malacca. The room size is decent for 2, relatively clean, the bed is comfortable. Some areas with minor torn wall paper, some stains on the edges of tiles in the bath room but not too much a concern considering the room rates compared to newer hotels.

the place had such a welcoming and positive vibe. The staff were extremely polite and efficient, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. Overall, a very comfortable stay with great hospitality. Highly recommended, and I would definitely love to stay here again when I visit Melaka next time.

Booked Estadia Hotel for 2 nights with breakfast. Room is great with 2 toilets and 2 rooms. Location is near to 2 shopping malls. Breakfast is not super but acceptable food.

Hotel is very conveniently located near makuta parade and 2 other malls, especially if you are going there by coach. There is a caring pharmacy just in front and many eatries around. Our 2 bedder family room was big and spacious but the carpets might need a wash and the room feels a but mouldy but we rented an air purifier that helped. Breakfast was average. Overall a good stay.
