The hotel is located on the main road Jalan M Raya 24, Melaka Raya, Melaka. The room is clean and tidy. The room without a window. Airconditioning is cold. The staff at the hotel are helpful and friendly. Parking not provided by the hotel.

Horrible..unprofessional..lady over at the counter sure has an attitude problem. Before I reached the place, I called the place up asking,"where is your location?", the lady kept saying Queens park lovita.3 to 4 times..I could sense she was pretty annoyed, that I had to tell her off. The taxi driver is an illiterate old man who doesnt use gprs, hence the need for the location address, instead she kept repeating the hotels name. Fuhh..she is def a total NO.. Room aircon was not in good condition, no tissues, nothing..not even mineral water..sighh.. Location wise, if you are not driving please avoid this place at all cost. There isnt any nearby eateries or groceries store.. Luckily its only for a night.. if you have other options please do go for others..

Malacca is a tourist city. The price is OK. The bed sheets are a little dirty. Just keep the hygiene in good condition.
