Nice , cozy and clean hotel. Even with a 3 star hotel, it feels like a 4 star hotel. Comfy bed and pillows. It also gives a complimentary breakfast provided by the hotel. Nearby to jonker walk street can just go by walking. Recommended and will come back to stay again.

The receptionist is kind. I requested a garden view room and away from lift, and what I get is the same as what I requested. The pool is clean.
But the parking is limited as only have 7 parking lots only. Overall is good.

This was our second stay here, and overall, we had a good experience. The location is great—close to top attractions and easily walkable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, making for a restful night.
However, we were a bit disappointed this time. At 11:25 AM, a cleaner unlocked our room using their key card, even though checkout time is at 12 PM. Thankfully, my husband was with me at the time. Also, the loud chatter from their walkie-talkies outside was quite disruptive.

Great location to Jonker Street and main attractions of the city. However, it is in kind of a derelict area, so can feel a bit wary walking alone at night.
Overall the place is great and clean. Would have been good if they offered laundry services. As a solo traveller, I wish that it was a little more social. Since it operates as a hotel too, not all guests are backpackers/solo travellers.

Great place to stay with a group of friends. The personnel is very friendly and accommodating. The taxi can bring you straight to the entrance of the hotel
