The hotel looked elegant and nice. But they need to improve more on the cleanliness and services. For example, the tv in our room was merely just another piece of furniture to me as there's nothing on it, as called the room service, the sent people to look into it, and get it fixed with few basic channels ( unclear and blurry screen that needs to be adjusted in the antenna). Then the bathroom screens were scribbled and it was fixed ( not as what I saw in the video where the screens supposedly can be rolled up and down whenever needed). When I confronted these things with the front desk, they said this is what it is for the room I booked, and only the executive rooms are equipped with android TV and many other things. I was disappointed in this matter. But besides this, the hotel was a great choice, the food was nice and there are a variety of selections available. Overall, it was 70% satisfaction and 30% expecting betterment.
