The hotel is clean and the location is good, near to a lot of good eateries and also shopping malls. Though the check-in was a little cold, we were later engaged by the duty manager, Ms Shikin and when she realised I was celebrating my birthday, she sent up a birthday treat of mini cakes and macron. Such a wonderful touch of excellent service.

The Hotel has surrounded with good eateries, all within walking distance of 2mins. Room is clean & air conditioner was powerful. The bed mattress was soft, 3 of the adults have body aches 🙃 There are 6-8 massage center across the street. I won't return back again.

The size of the room is just right for a couple. Toilet vanity sufficient space for toiletries. The room is clean with pillows & mattresses very comfortable. Location is perfect with lotz of eateries & restaurants.

Great staff! Prompt and friendly. Assisted to my every need, recommended hotel to stay. It’s nearby to most food area and minimart, so it’s lovely and convenient. Breakfast is great! Oh ya, the cleanliness is there! The room, bed sheet and pillow are clean. Superb!

Value for money hotel.
Excellent room cleanness.
However the wifi connection platform is very poorly designed. After logged in with user name and password, your devices will auto logout after few minutes. You must keep typing in user name and password again and again. All my 5 devices had similar problems so issue not related to device.

The hotel looked elegant and nice. But they need to improve more on the cleanliness and services. For example, the tv in our room was merely just another piece of furniture to me as there's nothing on it, as called the room service, the sent people to look into it, and get it fixed with few basic channels ( unclear and blurry screen that needs to be adjusted in the antenna). Then the bathroom screens were scribbled and it was fixed ( not as what I saw in the video where the screens supposedly can be rolled up and down whenever needed). When I confronted these things with the front desk, they said this is what it is for the room I booked, and only the executive rooms are equipped with android TV and many other things. I was disappointed in this matter. But besides this, the hotel was a great choice, the food was nice and there are a variety of selections available. Overall, it was 70% satisfaction and 30% expecting betterment.

This hotel location is super nice, opposite have a lot of foodie and walkable to Dataran Mall. Kids enjoy the swimming pool too.
