Centrally located in Melaka centre. Nice staff. Room was clean with everything you need.

When we checked in with the room, initial room we find it so stuffy, Aircon was not working and we have informed the staffs, and they are kind enough to accomodate our request. It’s very adjacent to the historical chrurch and nearby to many cafe’s and coffee shop

The room was clean and tidy, and the mural on the wall outside the window was beautiful. It's run by a Muslim couple who offer great service. The AC wasn't very cool, but they came to the room right away and fixed it. The location is excellent, within 200 meters walking distance to the Maritime Museum, Jonker Street, and the Red House. My only minor issue was that I wasn't used to the food in Melaka; most of it was Muslim-style cuisine, and restaurants didn't provide free hot water, charging 3 MYR for bottled water.

Perfect location, near the Jongker Walk but not too closed. Thirs times stay here and love the cozy of the room.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Dutch Quarter! The hotel itself is clean, but there were times when an unpleasant smell emanated in the room. That wouldn't stop me from staying there again, though!

Location is easily accessible to everything, not convenient for driving. So tourist from other countries looking to just grab and roam around jonker. This would be the best hotel.

Excellent location! It is within easy walking distance of Jonker Street, where you'll find an abundance of food choices.

This hotel's location is fantastic, right next to Dutch Square with easy access to Jonker Street and other major attractions. However, because it's so close to Dutch Square and a road leading to places like A Famosa fort behind it, trishaws (decorated with lights and blasting music) operate late into the night. So, if you're a light sleeper, this might be a deal-breaker. The air conditioning is also quite noisy, but it gets hot if you turn it off. You can also hear noise from other rooms (conversations and other sounds), so overall, I wouldn't recommend it for anyone sensitive to noise. That being said, if these issues don't bother you, it's a great option. It's close to main attractions, has all the necessary amenities, is clean, and very affordable. It's perfect if you just need a place to sleep.

The room smelled too strongly of air freshener. Also, the terms and conditions were written in incredibly small print.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is super strategic, very close to all the main tourist spots in Melaka. Plus, there's a 24-hour 7-Eleven nearby, which is really convenient. We were also able to store our luggage after check-out, which was a huge bonus.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to many attractions, and there's a convenience store right next door. My stay was fantastic, I slept really well, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I highly recommend staying here!

Aside from the good location, the room was tiny with a fake window, and the air conditioner was right on the wall next to the bed. The front desk staff were unfriendly, and even though the Malaysian employee saw my order included all charges, they still insisted on collecting the heritage tax.
