Location is great and most importantly the room and it bed are comfortable. I have a good sleep after my gym , steambath and sauna detoxification session. Parking is free and Seaviewed.

The room was clean and tidy, and we even got some freshly baked chocolate chip cookies when we checked in – delicious! 😋 We could even catch a glimpse of the sea. 😄 Breakfast was quite varied, and the check-in process was smooth and quick. 👍🏻 Great value for money!

Excellent location, comfortable environment, and an infinity pool that wasn't crowded with good water quality.

Everything else was great, except for the outdated facilities. The service was good too; the staff were all polite and efficient. However, the room's cleanliness was a bit lacking. There were small bugs in the tea bag box.

Great stay! Room is comfortable and maintained properly! Breakfast was surprisingly good, wide spread of choices!

The room was very spacious, and there were several delicious restaurants right across the street downstairs, including a local Nyonya cuisine spot and a Korean BBQ place. Taxis were easy to hail, making it convenient to get anywhere. The outdoor swimming pool was incredibly comfortable; a swim in the evening was absolutely delightful.

we had a comfortable stay, the room was big and spacious, except that we found a small cockroach in the room which probably came from between the cracks. anyway that didn’t bother us too much because we spotted and killed it straight away, but they should probably look into it. hotel staff was nice enough to fold a towel swan and even prepared a cake for us in celebration of our honeymoon. they also gave us welcome cookies upon check in which were really delicious! we will be back to stay! thank you for the warm hospitality~

I love the swimming pool, can see overall view of malacca. The room was clean. Accommodating staffs. I did request for early check in. Mr Amm was so helpful and attentive, hearing I had a long journey to the hotel. He did tried his best to look for avaliable room for my early check in and also given us warm cookies to fill up our stomach. Once I had check in the hotel. Ur management stafff Fatin, Alif had been WhatsApp me concerning how were our stay. And if I need anything. I can contact them. The stay felt like you are not just stay in the hotel, but like a family. Having 2 days breakfast at your hotel, at the salads bar, there wasn't any pamesan cheese . So when I approached your staff for some pamesan. They really go out of thier way to bring me some. Thank you to all ur staffs for so helpful n thoughtfulness.

The decor is nice, I like the simple and practical style. The environment is clean and tidy. The service is excellent, the front desk staff are very professional and articulate. When I called the front desk for supplies, the lady who answered carefully noted everything down, without any mistakes. The WiFi is better than Courtyard's. The breakfast is abundant; even with cultural differences, there were many items I enjoyed, so I'm content. However, the air conditioning is a bit noisy. If that could be improved, it would be perfect.

Love how sweet of staff prepare birthday cake & card in advance. And, they go extra mile to provide us free breakfast as birthday gift. Just love the hospitality. Will be back.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay and everything met my expectations. The room was comfortable, clean, and the service was good. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide complimentary refreshments in the room, as it would make guests feel even more welcome and add to the overall experience. That small touch would definitely earn extra points from me. Overall, I had a good stay and would consider returning.

Overall, it's great value for money. The room was cleaned, but you need to call if you want the sheets changed again. The tidying up was a bit rough, but for such a low price, it's acceptable. The location is good. The strong smell of Arabian perfume in the elevator was a bit unpleasant.

It was great to be back at DoubleTree by Hilton Melaka after our first stay four years ago. Since we had meetings at another hotel nearby, we decided to return because we had such a pleasant experience previously. We arrived around 1:30 pm, even though the official check-in time is 3:00 pm. We were delighted that the hotel allowed us to check in early, and the entire check-in process was smooth and efficient. I had accidentally booked a room-only rate, but the staff kindly surprised us by complimentary breakfast for one morning. That thoughtful gesture was truly appreciated. Of course, we were also happy to receive DoubleTree's famous warm chocolate chip cookies, which remain one of our favourite hotel welcomes. Our room was on Level 20 with a beautiful city view. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a fantastic view of Melaka. The only issue during our stay was the air-conditioning. On the first night, it stopped cooling and became quite warm, leaving us sweating in the middle of the night. After we reported the problem to the reception the next morning, the team promptly investigated the issue and arranged a room change for us. Their quick response and excellent service turned an unpleasant situation into a positive experience. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay. Breakfast on Level 12, with its lovely city view, was a wonderful way to start each morning. Despite the minor air-conditioning issue, the warm hospitality and excellent customer service reminded us why we chose to return. We look forward to staying at DoubleTree by Hilton Melaka again on our next visit.
