Hotel have many amenities and like its location. Cleanliness is good, Free parking. Nearby got many good foods. weekend can see fire works from Hotel. Worth the money.

Always provide good service from all staff, room is clean, air-con is cool, convenience for food, location is in the center, multi level car park is provided. Breakfast is acceptable, restaurant environment is good .

I enjoyed one night stay with my family in the hotel You can see good views from the 13th floor. Very comfortable bed but the aircon is a bit cold.Furthermore, you can watch TV channels if you want. The location is strategic and there is free parking on the 2nd floor. Children can play at kid's club and swimming pool there. Adults can do gym too.

Hotel building and room is a bit run down. Front entrance is quite hot during the day as full of glass windows with no curtains . Convenient indoor carpark is the plus point. Surrounded by shops and eateries. Room is big and spaces but needs upgrading. Have to pay rm14 for tourism tax and heritage tax. But app stated only heritage tax rm4 . Anyway good for stopover before proceeding to Singapore.

We had a pleasant stay at Bayview Hotel. The view from the windows showcased a fascinating cityscape, with buildings stretching into the horizon. While it may not be the most scenic vista, there was a certain urban charm to the towering structures and bustling surroundings. It provided a unique perspective that complemented the hotel's modern vibe. A good choice for city lovers!

Booked a deluxe room, that was at the top floor. Overall the room is spacious and the view is very nice,Perfect view 24 hours convenience store is just opposite and there is ample parking space, and very spacious.

This is an extended stay from the previous day due to the satisfactory condition of the hotel. Hotel is a bit dated but good value for money for short stays.

Great location many facilities nearby,spoiled aircon,dirty unmaintained toilet,uncomfortable old bed,tv was blur the whole 2 nights,dirty room,water is not hot it’s just warm. They should do major renovations to rooms. Hire responsible staff Not sure why they still take guest when their aircon is faulty I stayed in room 1002

Booked a deluxe room, at the top floor. Room 1414. Overall the room is spacious and the view is very nice, especially at night. Perfect night view. Walking distance to Jonker Walk, just around 10-15 minutes. Or can use grab which is just RM 5 if the sun is too hot. 24 hours convenience store is just opposite and there is ample parking space, and very spacious. 1 thing that is bad which the room rainshower has quite some moss. There quite a bit dissapointment. Overall do have a good night sleep.

Stay two nights. The location is close to eateries with good food and is walking distance to the main tourist belt. Overall good.

Quite satisfied with the service, staff was pleased. Check in process was smooth. Room are clean, amenities memuaskan. Breakfast banyak pilihan. Egg station,roti canai, nasi lemak, bubur, salad, mee goreng,nasi goreng dll.

I recently stayed at Bayview Hotel in Melaka and had a pleasant experience. The location is convenient, close to major attractions and the city center. The room was clean & spacious, offering a comfortable stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. While the hotel is slightly dated in some areas, it remains a good choice for a comfortable and affordable stay in Melaka

Room was big and appeared clean at first. However I felt somehow uncomfortable. I decided to take a closer look. I looked under the bed and was shocked by the amount of debris under the bed. Awful. I informed the front desk to clean under the bed in the morning. However nothing was done. When I returned to the room at the end of the day, the room was cleaned as usual but the debris under the bed was left untouched. I then took these photos. So unhygienic and filthy. I checked out the next morning. Simply awful.
