Reviews of Hilton Garden Inn Malaga

The room is nice. The location is close to the airport but not near to the city centre.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt this hotel deserves credit where it’s due.  I came on holiday for a short trip with my 6 year old and I’ve been blown away by the service within the hotel.  Very clean, food is great and decent prices, staff are incredibly helpful and friendly (especially Jorg who worked at reception).  We’ll definitely be back as it’s a perfect location for anyone looking to stay close to Malaga and see the town.

It’s ok- budget short time option. Pool is a bit grim but it’s ok and the breakfast was good. Check in time was far too long. The staff were nice and helpful

For a 4 star hotel, it needs a lot of improvement. There were many flaws in the room. Room 337 had the toilet flush button stuck, the hotel heating was off, and they told us it was not possible to turn it on because it was in summer mode. I went on March 1st. It was the middle of winter. At breakfast on the first day, the scrambled eggs tasted bad. I called them and they had to remove them. Not leaving even a bottle of water in the room is also bad. And it's not because I didn't pay for it. The service was lacking in details. I wouldn't go back.

It leaves a lot to be desired. It's not good. Poor breakfast. Poorly maintained rooms.

Near the airport, a standard hotel of good standard, nothing special

It's a bit far from the city center, but very close to the airport. Overall it's OK. It's still a good place to stay for business trips.

Normal business style room. Xiaolongkan has just opened downstairs.

Good service, good breakfast

The location of the hotel is very good, close to the airport. There is Carrefour opposite the hotel. It is very convenient for shopping and eating.
