Conrad Maldives Rangali Island

Is a good hotel I ever stay, great facilities and also with helpful people who are working there.

My new wife and I spent three days on honeymoon at the Conrad Maldives last week, and had the best vacation experience EVER. While traveling and vacationing in the Maldives comes at a cost, I honestly feel that every penny spent at the Conrad Maldives provided a huge ROI for the fun and best hotel experience I have ever had. As a regular business traveler for more than a decade, I have never experienced the level of customer service this resort provides its guest. The overall experience from arrival via Seaplane, to having a dedicated Conceriege rep on the island assigned to us, to interacting with hotel resort staff ( most of whom has been working for the property for a long time which says a lot), and finally to the Ocean sports team, was outstanding. I would like to provide a special shoutout to the team at Ocean sports, Mabrook, Saheed, and Adam, all of whom provided myself and my wife with such a great experience. If you are looking to have a BLAST on a vacation, the time and money is well spent with the Ocean sports team. My wife and I did Jet Ski's for two days with Mabrook and had the most thrilling experience ever on a Jet Ski. We followed this up by engaging in a Parasail with Mabrook and Adam, and was amazed by the level of professionalism that comes with Parasailing at the Conrad. The hotel has a customized boat that allows you to Parasail and land directly from the boat without even getting in the water. Another shoutout I would like to provide is to Ameel, who is in charge of taking photos for the photoshoots. We booked a 1 hour photoshoot and the pictures he took were by far superior to any hotel/vacation photoshoots I have ever had done. Just astonished by the picture quality and his technique for getting the perfect shot of my wife and I. Lastly, Erika provided us with a friendly experience as the dedicated concereige rep during our stay. In general, this is a great concept and leads to an extraordinary customer service experience. My wife Stephanie and I look forward to returning to the Maldives on a more frequent basis, and when we do, we will stick to staying at the Conrad. We are sold on becoming regular customers! This hotel is magnificent. We have been four times to the Maldives. The nature is beautiful everywhere, but what really stands out here is the quality of the food and the service. It is pricy (as all hotels in the Maldives) but we were not disappointed with anything. The breakfast is incredible, we did not have to eat lunch after that. I went to the gym every day, it was empty and nice.

Nice staff but the sunrise villa is outdated. Was here late fall 2021 and I guess the climate change is a giant challenge for the resort. Choose another resort, considering the price. Maybe the lesson for me is, never return and try to top the experience 😎. We have 5 more nights here and I should have gone to another resort/island if I had seen and known the fallbacks earlier. But, there are lot’s of islands and resorts to choose from other than Conrad Rangali so good luck!

The Conrad Resort is absolutely amazing, but the scuba diving was spectacular! The watersports team lead by Mr. Mo Rabie was extremely carring and showed us the best scuba diving places where we were able to dive with sharks, manta rays and turtles! The equipment, boat and catering was extraordinary. Thank you for this experience, M. & G.

This was our 6th and longest (14-night) visit to the Conrad Maldives, and we still felt that it wasn't long enough, thanks to the warm hospitality shown to us by many new and familiar faces! The Conrad Maldives was where our love ("obsession!") of the Maldives all started 10 years ago when visited the Maldives for the first time to celebrate our 10th anniversary. Since then, we've been back to the Maldives every single year, and plan to continue to do so for as long as it's practical. The twin islands connected by a bridge (and the Maldivian dhoni service) are so atmospheric and authentically Maldivian that you won't go wrong with the Conrad, if you are still undecided on where to go for your first Maldivian visit. For this particular trip, it was a great way for us to commemorate our 20th wedding anniversary and 10th Maldivian "anniversary." Anna, our host, warmly greeted us upon arrival, and expertly handled all our special requests, big or small, throughout our stay. She went above and beyond, and never took the initial "no" or "full" as a final answer. To us, many of the people working at the Conrad are always the highlight of our past stays. Leo, Bakuru, Abxy, Faisal, Lye, Shark, Kosy, Rooman of the F&B team (along with many we don't know the names of) were very kind to us, and took special care of us and our vegetarian lifestyle. Old friend Adbulla (Dhidhoo), from the security department, greeted us on arrival, and rallied his team member Ali and others, to make sure that we felt safe snorkeling at the house reef. Chef Sisira at Atoll Market and Chef Munni at Vilu took great care of us during breakfast by remembering our favorite stir-fry and fresh-fruit dishes and delivering delicious food to us without us having to ask. Some of the new faces couldn't have been more genuine and kind to us. Arees, at Vilu, greeted us with a big smile on his face, every time we showed up for meals and paid special attention to our dietary preference and always delivered the dishes and drinks exactly according to our request. He made us feel like we were the only guests in house, despite a very full resort. Inttey, also at Vilu, treated us with a genuine and kind smile every time as well. One afternoon during happy hour, when I ordered a chamomile tea and my wife asked for a sparkling water, he proactively brought me a water as well, along with different condiments I might need for my tea. This level of attention to detail displayed by Arees and Inttey isn't very common at a big resort like the Conrad, but was greatly appreciated. The "happy anniversary" bed art made by our sunrise water villa attendant, Adam, was exquisite and creative. Despite the large size and almost full occupancy of the resort, we felt that the service was efficient and on point. The resort is a well-run machine, and our experiences, from reservations, to pre-arrival, to in-house, and to departure, were smooth and efficient. I felt quite emotional arriving back at Rangali island. Just felt great to be back amongst friends. Not only do I count the many long-standing staff members as friends but also the little hermit and skittering crabs along the shore, the birds, heron, fruit bats, manta, rays, turtle, whale shark, dolphins and beautiful marine life that I know I’ll enjoy, or have the chance to, while I’m here. The resort is utterly heavenly and breathtakingly beautiful. We are always wonderfully looked after whilst we are here. Can’t wait already to come back.

This is our 4th time to the Conrad Maldives but the first time diving. We’ve been on many snorkeling trips previously and they’ve always been exceptionally well run. Our children did their Padi Open Water this trip with the Ocean Dive Centre. They were fortunate to have Mahmoud as their teacher. He’s extremely patient, caring and an all round great guy. Our kids will definitely be life long great divers thanks to Mahmoud. We did a number of dives as a family and they were perfectly run from stepping on the boat to returning back to the resort. The rest of the staff at the dive center and across the island were excellent as always. See you all again.
