Overall, the scenery is first-class, but the service is terrible. The food and beach are far inferior to the Hard Rock Hotel next door. First, the room is far away from the front desk and restaurants. Everything is called buggy. The efficiency is relatively low. There are not as many fish as at the Hard Rock Hotel. More importantly, there are problems with the service and the customer cannot be considered from the customer's perspective. The environment at the front desk is poor, hot and not ventilated. Something happened to me that made me very angry. On the day of check-out, my flight time was adjusted from the original scheduled departure of 15:50 to 20:10 due to temporary changes by the airline. However, the hotel still has the original departure time of the flight. The problem is that although I confirmed with the hotel many times, the hotel assured me that they had contacted the airport, and the airport staff responded that I must arrive at the airport according to the original check-in time. Therefore, the hotel dropped us off at the airport at 13:00. However, when we arrived at the airport, we were told that the check-in counter would open at 17:00 and we could not enter the terminal and had to wait in a non-air-conditioned environment. Obviously, this is not consistent with the original check-in time previously stated by the hotel. I'm not sure who provided the wrong information, but I strongly question the competence and attitude of the hotel's front desk staff, who don't seem to have travelers' needs at heart. I did not ask for a late checkout, I just hoped that it could be delayed until 17:00 and the hotel would arrange for us to go to the airport. However, such a simple request failed to gain any patience or help from the hotel staff. I could only feel their impatience, as if they just wanted to send the passengers away as quickly as possible. Based on this experience, I will not consider staying at this hotel again in the future, no matter how beautiful the view is.
