I would like to express my dissatisfaction with our experience at your hotel. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the way we were treated. Throughout our stay we felt that we were repeatedly misled and not given honest information. The staff did not cooperate with us and did not try to help resolve our situation. We left the hotel on March 6 at 6:00 AM, yet we were still charged for services and taxes for a night we did not actually stay. At the reception we were told that getting a refund would not be a problem and that we should contact Agoda. However, it now seems that this information was not accurate. In a difficult situation guests should receive help and understanding, not be misled. Our overall experience left us feeling that we were treated unfairly and that we lost money because of the way the situation was handled. For these reasons, we are very dissatisfied with this experience and we will be requesting a refund through Agoda. Sincerely,
