Vacation hotel
The environment is good, there is a swimming pool and an exclusive beach
There are also cute cats to pet in the lobby.
Optional meals included (two/three meals a day)
It is far from the city, but there is bus line 1 in front of the hotel that can go directly to the Archaeological Museum in the city center.
Taxi from airport to hotel 32 euros
The hotel can book a taxi. It cost 25 euros for the two of us to go to the port early in the morning. (A Mercedes-Benz business car arrived. I was a little panicked, but it turned out that I was overly worried; cautious friends can clarify the price when booking.)

Due to having to relocate we got to stay here for one night. All in all good. The family room was spacious, and with a good sized balcony, all inclusive was pretty comprehensive (I was a little let down by a cold cooked breakfast, even though the food was under heat lamps). The resort is nice and you are on a lovely sandy ***** of beach. The main pool is spacious and many activities were still running. Particularly handy as there is a regular bus route from straight outside of the hotel in to Herakleion which enabled us to visit the museum and go out for dinner. Certainly more lively than our previous hotel but I expect the location has a lot to do with that.

Very good hotel for families. Superb employees. A shoutout to Sara from kidsclub! Food was good. In the all in buffet every other day some other theme. Ala carte restaurant nice option. Some point of improvement: keep the homeless dogs out of the hotel. Potential risk for kids.

It was realy good place to stay at , A lovely, quiet, large place, large swimming pools full of sunbeds, a bar with a large variety of food, an amazing staff that helps with everything, a rich and good breakfast

Large site but split up into large areas and gardens to recline in private beach and guard a plus. North of islands is windy in September so large breakers. Food options good. Drinks and cocktails are all sweet tasting, head for pool bar and get a mojito from Chris’s alkways smiling happy and best not sweet mojito lovely lady.

Family friendly hotel, great food and service. Clean rooms, beautiful sea, mini golf, swimming pools with water slides. Special thanks to the best bartmais Chrisi from the snack bar and the guys from the lobby bar. Also Sara and Martina from animation team were awesome :)

I got there around 10pm and there was absolutely no options for food available in or around the hotel. I was told I had to go searching on the dark main road for an option to eat. I finally found one roughly a mile down the dark road.
Also, the lobby looks up to date but the rooms are old. Very dated. Breakfast options were good.

Front desk personnel could care less about you. Rooms are like Motel 6 in the states. Rooms have a safe but it costs extra to use it. If we could leave we would but everything is booked. We regret coming to Crete.

Second year in an row and we only have kind words for this hotel! The staff is always smiling and willing to help us with our every need and the rooms are extra clean. At the restaurants even the pickiest will find something to eat as the variety and quality of the meals is excellent. Especially the children are never going to get bored, as the game in the pools is continuous and the animators give their best.
