Whilst the room was a non smoking it smelt of old cigarettes. In the bedroom, the bed was very comfortable. The block out blinds don't even meet and as it east facing the light comes through the big gap. There were only blinds in the living room but they offer you very little privacy especially as the room overlooks the outdoor area. The apartment feels bare as there is a lot of space with nothing in it. I wouldn't class this as a hotel, more in line with an airbnb.

I stay here regularly when in town because the location is great and the Accor group has a commitment to Covid-safe cleaning practices. On this stay, there were very high winds and I discovered this trip that the building has a unique wind-tunnelling issue. The hallways "sing" with a high-pitched squeal through the vents. No worries, the rooms have fire doors and the minute the door to the room is shut, the sound is blocked out. In my case, the little mechanism at the bottom of the door didn't seal off, which meant the sound continued. The concierge changed my room immediately - brilliant! Only issue was that there are many fingermarks on door handle backplates, so I cleaned them all myself. Also, I was verbally harassed by a guest for choosing to wear a mask in the lift. Not at all the Sebel's fault; just a disappointing end to a lovely stay.

450m to Claufild station. Not far from town. Nearby is university and many restaurants. Shopping center and Coles in same distance. Nice stay!

Location is great! But bed and pillows is not comfortable enough.

I stayed here with my partner and my youngest son for my birthday weekend. Hotel staff were beautiful and welcoming me with a gift basket gor my birthday. Amazing room and so comfy and clean. S bit noisy though. I would have expected thicker paned windows to block put noise however that was only draw back. I had the best birthday I'd had in yea rs...thanks sebel will definately be back

The apartment-style room I booked has relatively complete living facilities, especially cooking and dining utensils. Cleaning needs to be scheduled and is not done every day. Guests need to have some self-cleaning skills.

Basically self-service, if you want better service, don't choose it. Ctrip's service is very good and the problem can be solved in time.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is very convenient to walk to COLES and Yunshi Chinese Supermarket. It is suitable for friends who travel by car because the hotel has free parking spaces, which is much more convenient than the serviced hotels in the city.

The apartment is conveniently located, the interior is spacious and clean, and the kitchen is fully equipped, making it suitable for family travel!
