The hotel is in a quiet suburb, because it is going to the Philadelphia premium outlets, so I chose this hotel and saw a few deer nearby. The breakfast is plentiful, the rooms are all suites, but it is a waste of time for me and Xiaobao to stay for one night.

We stayed in the loft suite, which had 3 queen beds (2 in the lower room, 1 upstairs) and two bathrooms, a kitchen and living room. The room was clean, but a little dated, the lower room was hot with the heat on, but we pushed the vent closed which made it much better. The door didn't seal very good so you could hear traffic noise from the nearby road, and it was generally quiet otherwise. Breakfast had a good selection of breads, hot items, cereal, yogurt, juice, etc. They offered a slightly different selection each day of hot items so you don't get bored with the same choices every day. Gloves were provided to serve food per local food regulations, and the breakfast area was clean and enough seating daily. Parking was sometimes close, sometimes further away, only one row across the front of the property.

Pros: the location is great, many options around, seemed like a safe area near a lot of corporate parks. The staff was friendly and easily reachable. The TV was phenomenal and featured a swivel making it easy to connect HDMI for things like Firesticks. Room service has a fair menu, the food was good, veggies fresh and was delivered super quickly. Cons: The room itself did not meet my expectations for the Hilton family. The building was old, carpets were old, and while the main conference areas were impressive and well cared for and they had some gorgeous patio areas, the room I had seemed neglected. The pillows were hard feather style and seemed well used. The hairdryer was so old the print was wearing off. I booked a two night stay and the teeny shampoo bottle was only enough for one. The sheets and linens were clean and fresh but the comforter underneath had a stain on it. The mattress were stiff and springy and the furniture in the room was old with the finish wearing away. In the double queen room, the bathroom was so small that the door practically touched the toilet, and there was no steam vent. This is also one of those places where the A/C unit is built into a corner of the room and extremely loud. When it blows, it’s directly at the bed and in your face. The walls were thin, doors were loud and I could hear people talking in the halls. Lastly, normally all the Hiltons offer some kind of breakfast Buffett there was nothing, I could barely get coffee, and it was terrible coffee, they didn’t even offer flavored creamer. Also, a microwave would have been helpful. And my key stopped working in the middle of the second evening causing me to roam up and down the halls in my pajamas and no shoes.

The Owners have remodeled this old high rise, that was probably built in the early 1960's. I had a top floor room, with a grand view of the King of Prussia Mall complex. The rooms accommodations were new, but the bathroom was the smallest, I've ever tried to maneuver in. The hotel showed it's old age with VERY poor water pressure in the bathroom. But the most annoying factor was the Owners Wife. I was trying to check in, about 7:30pm and the wife continually interrupted my front desk transaction with her alarming voice, to every employee, about a 'red plastic bag' = WHAT? Then I saw the Owners wife again, while we were both in the breakfast area. This time she was on another much less 'alarming' trivial issue, with two other employees. Please keep her in the Office area, please ?

Free parking, breakfast is relatively simple, there are bread, boiling water and coffee, 6 to 9 o'clock, the front desk opposite. Very good hotel, the room was very comfortable, because I had no time to take pictures. The hotel can also eat it yourself, you can ask the front desk to borrow a pot, it is very convenient. The room is large, very quiet, a good choice.
