予約したスイートの部屋ではなく、違う部屋に案内をされた。 違うと伝えたが、部屋が空いていないのでここでお願いしますと意味不明な回答。案内された部屋はしばらく使っていない部屋なのかカビ臭く最悪。ガーデンビューにしたのにビューは何もなし。 唯一、良くしてくれたのはレストランスタッフの方。 食事のコスパも良く、大変良かったです。

What can I say about this amazing property? This was by far, a hotel that has exceeded my expectations, which rarely happens anymore. The grounds are spectacular, the villa is one of the most beautiful properties I’ve ever seen. Every day we would come back to the property, I was amazed that I was able to stay in such a gorgeous environment. The staff is also incredible, they get to know you and they really seem to care about your experience. Absolutely loved this hotel, cannot recommend enough! It is exactly what you would think it is when staying in a villa in the countryside. I felt like royalty. What an amazing experience.

The grounds were exquisite and the pool area was a paradise. Overlooking an olive grove, with beautiful day beds. This is a place for folks who want to relax quietly and read. The dinner was so-so. I recommend exploring the area for dinner. A car is needed!

We booked this hotel through Rural Hotels Mallorca. Henric is so helpful. Service 5 star Food 5 star Cleanliness 5 star Value for money 4 star Sleep quality 5 star Wonderful Hotel, peaceful with a perfect pool in size and temperature. Would highly recommend to anybody wanting something a little special .

I don't normal write reviews of hotels, but I just got back from the Rural Son Mas with my children, and I was so impressed with the hotel I wanted to write a review. From the minute we arrived, everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The building itself is beautiful and has been thoughtfully restored. The grounds are phenomenal, and the view from the pool was lovely and so relaxing. Dinner in the evening was cooked to order and was delicious. So was the breakfast. If you are looking for a charming, family orientated hotel which is non corporate and very personal, I would totally recommend the Son Mas. We can't wait to return.

As always, perfect! I have been at son Mas 5-6 times and I have never been disappointed. It’s small hotel in the countryside, very peaceful and calm. About dinner, they have a menu, 2 starters an 2 main courses that you’ll have to choose between. But I promise you, it’s not a problem! Enjoy your stay! Peter

The hotel is Fab but there wasn’t staff around… when we wanted to call a taxi sometimes no one was at the Reception. The food could be great sometimes and sometimes not. The staff couldn’t speak to much English but understoodable. Beautiful view

Third visit - love this place ! Go here to decompress …relax and just enjoy it…best pool and quiet! Some of the best food on the island …pretty much eat here every night! Lovely room..we always get the same room .::and the staff are the best ! The other side of the Majorca experience….the best!

Somos un pareja de residentes que buscabamos un hotel tranquilo con Spa para desconectar. Al final por las reseñas que tenía y las fotos nos decidimos por esta opción. Cuando decímos con nos vamos con una sensación agridulce es porque la piscina del Spa el agua no está climatizada ni el más mínimo. Imposible nadar a estas alturas del año. De haberlo sabido hubiéramos optado por otra opción. Creo que es un aspecto que se debería de especificar para que la gente lo supiera. La verdad que ha sido una pena, ya que las instalaciones del lugar son espectaculares y al menos pudimos descansar en las hamacas de la piscina exterior. En cuanto al restaurante, ya que teníamos la cena incluida, la comida muy bien, pero el servicio muy lento. Tuvimos que esperar casí 1h desde el entrante hasta el plato principal. En resumen, a parte de estos dos aspectos que creo que son importantes, el lugar es muy tranquilo, bonito y acogedor, ideal si tu objetivo es pasar unos días de descanso.
