We had a wonderful week at Grand Luley. Very kind staff. Lovely people. Rooms need renovation but everything was working and it was clean. Nice walk to the jetty. Restaurant was really good but we had to wait before being served. Great balinese massage at spa. We had a very nice captain for boat trip to Bunaken or Siladen. Not from grand Luley. Much cheaper. Grand Luley is in a remote area but we had a wonderful week !

Good hotel, been here a few days and always have a pleasant stay. He has very good service and cleaning facilities compared to other 3 star hotels. The receptionists, security, Chef, and all staff are very helpful and friendly and the rooms are clean and quite spacious, even for the smallest room type. Special Thank you very much GM Mr. Rispugi and Sales Marketing Ms. Jennifer has helped a lot our team's business trip. We had so many great experiences by staying at this hotel, recommended 10/10. This hotel is located in a prime location in manado where you can easily find many restaurants and shopping centers. the room is not sound proof. I stayed in the upper floor but yet I still can hear traffic sound and music from the surrounding bars. Room is clean and the service is good. I’ve to mention they serve the same breakfast every day and it was so crowded during the eid holiday. One minus point for breakfast. Overall, a nice hotel in manado.

The hotel's door was abandoned. After looking for a long time, I found the lobby through a passing waiter. It was once brilliant. Now there are only five or six floors, the other floors have been abandoned, the room is small, every time I walked through the bed. I will hit the TV, the facilities are a bit old, breakfast is just like the best thing, the only thing is that there is a net red infinity pool, you can watch the sunset and sunrise, many girls come to take pictures, but at the end of the evening, Shunde fishing port begins to smoke. The famous Durian Street is just at the door of the hotel, opposite the city square. It is convenient to eat and drink.

We had 2 wonderful weeks staying at New NDC. This place was considered our first home in Manado under the previous management as we had been coming every year since 1997. As this was a diving trip, we had more luggage than normal and they provided more low tables to place the luggage on. The lights in the bathroom and the walk-in closet were dim and it turn out it was faulty and replaced on the same day. The room was big with a king sized bed, the bathroom had bathtub as well as shower cubicle. Service staff was friendly and hospitable. We were treated as family. As a 4 star hotel, it puts out 5 star meals. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves everyday! Looking forward to return here and seeing everyone again. Many thanks for hosting us.!! 😘😘
