We stayed at the Swiss Belhotel in Manado a few years ago and it was so good we decided to stay there again in May / June 2023. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the facilities are very clean and there’s a nice pool area which is usually very quiet. The breakfast has a good choice and the room service is really good. The thing that makes it special here are the staff they are really attentive and happy to help. We needed to renew our Visas at Immigration and it’s not the easiest process but the reception manager Yonathan and Marvin drove us to the office and literally did everything for us from providing the sponsorship letter and downloading the forms and help us complete the process. Can’t thank Swiss Belhotel in Manado enough for a lovely stay and for all your help your staff are amazing. Thank you Fiona & Darren

This hotel actually have a good location, it is close to shopping centre. But the Lobby area is in the second floor and have no aircond. But the receptionist and all the staff were nice. At the beginning we enter the building in the basement, where was the elevator, it was really smell smoke. And the floor where was our room also smell smoke. The first room we got actually was nice with the sea view. But the AC was too noise. So we moved to other room. But unfortunetly there was no hot water. The breakfast was simple, but the place where we had breakfast was in the roof with the nice view

The equipment is old but the room is big. Hygiene was not very satisfactory at the beginning, but it was dealt with quickly after the reaction. very satisfied. The breakfast is very rich and there is a music team playing, happy. The location is very convenient to go out and connect to the mall. It is the city center. The swimming pool in the hotel is also nice.

Good hotel, been here a few days and always have a pleasant stay. He has very good service and cleaning facilities compared to other 3 star hotels. The hotel's door was abandoned. After looking for a long time, I found the lobby through a passing waiter. It was once brilliant. Now there are only five or six floors, the other floors have been abandoned, the room is small, every time I walked through the bed. I will hit the TV, the facilities are a bit old, breakfast is just like the best thing, the only thing is that there is a net red infinity pool, you can watch the sunset and sunrise, many girls come to take pictures, but at the end of the evening, Shunde fishing port begins to smoke. The famous Durian Street is just at the door of the hotel, opposite the city square. It is convenient to eat and drink.
