There can't be a worse hotel management. A team that doesn't care about customer satisfaction, lies and drags everything out works. You definitely can't get a response. I only used 3 days of my 14-day reservation. They said there would be no problem when checking in, we would settle the score when leaving. I definitely couldn't find anyone to talk to when leaving. Booking com couldn't do anything about their customer, namely me. Don't pay in advance.
