# Positive Review l recently stayed at Royal Phoenicia Hotel for 2 nights, and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with an accessible location. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were fresh and crisp. The hotel's amenities, including the fitness center and restaurant, were top-notch. But what really made my stay stand out was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. Not good

The environment is very average, the toilet is not clean, it is very noisy when sleeping at night. There is a bar upstairs that is boomboomboom all night long. It is very noisy. People who have trouble sleeping should be careful! !

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Royal Phoenicia Hotel. On August 2, 2025, they charged my card with $1,400 even though I have never set foot in Bahrain in my life. This was a clear case of theft. I contacted them about the issue, but the money was never returned. It is shocking and unacceptable that a hotel would process such a charge without any stay or service provided. I strongly warn anyone considering this place to be extremely careful. If this is how they treat potential guests, I cannot imagine how they treat actual ones..
