Very nice hotel , its located in great location , you can see the bay throw your room , ots quiet and 5 star furnished rooms , the check in team are fast and helpfull , i thanks mr.ali , bahraini citizen who works in the hotel for his kindness .. Very nice hotel and the price also is the best I recomend this hotel for families..

It was my first time to stay in one of the Fraser Suites facilities and I must say that it was a memorable, relaxing and pleasant experience. The staff and service provided at Fraser Suites Bahrain were excellent. The room is very well-maintained, and the facilities provided are all very good and useful. All were already provided on the first day of check-in like water dispenser with full bottle, ironing board and iron, detergent for the washing machine among the usual items found in a hotel room. The lobby is very beautiful as well especially decorated during Ramadan time. It provided a comfortable feeling that just sitting there is so relaxing. Another nice touch that I saw was the hand-written messages on the lift doors. It was written using colorful pens that it lifts your mood when you see it. The message that I saw one time was 'Today, you're amazing" and it was truly great seeing that message. It made me smile and I even took photos. The food is excellent as well. Quality, quantity, presentation and taste are all very good. Most importantly, the staff are very helpful, accommodating and courteous. They always go the extra mile whenever I make a request. Special mention to their Operations Manager, Ms. Jennifer, who was very friendly, amiable and accommodating. She even gave my colleague and I Iftar treat at their restaurant. She made sure that our stay was comfortable, and all our needs are taken care of. Anissa, the lovely and sweet lady from the restaurant, always has the ready-smile and warm greetings whenever she brought breakfast into my room. She was also very accommodating whenever I requested for something extra or different from the set menu. Dipankar, who cleaned and maintained my room whenever I leave for office provided excellent service as well. The room was cleaned very well and the supplies always replenished. He even provided heart/swan towel arrangement that was very pretty. I will recommend to family and friends visiting Bahrain to stay at Fraser Suites for a very relaxing, comfortable and lovely stay.

The suite I got was amazing - spacious, comfortable and always kept clean. The view is breathtakingg and the staff are very nice. They helped me a lot with my breakfast as I go to work at 6:15 am while they start at 6:30, so they accommodated me by bringing my breakfast at 5:45.

My experience at Fraser Suite Hotel was wonderful. The hotel is quiet and comfortable. The service is also good and the staff are courteous in dealing. I would also like to thank some of the staff in dealing with Kamal, Allam and Hamza, and I would like to repeat the experience.

the hotel was good but we could not sleep because of the room next to us they were very noisy and also there was one room in the same floor were putting songs with high volume i have called the reception but could not do anything other than that everything was perfect especially the man in the swimmingpool ( Akmam) he was very friendly and playing with the kids. also the service was good if we call for something they bring it right away.

Fraser Suites is one of my fav properties in Bahrain. Stayed there for a month and it was beyond comfortable. 👍🏼👍🏼 The man behind the operations, the GM, Mr Chris is very friendly and helpful. The staff is very co-operative and attentive. Breakfast from Da Rosa (Lebenese Restaurant) is refreshing and lip-smacking. Sudeesh, Anisha and, Prateeksha would customise our food to suit our palette. Housekeeping staff Suhail and Elais among others were very helpful. The property is situated in the heart of Manama and offers sea view with main city buildings and malls around. I strongly recommend this property for your travel to Bahrain. 👍🏼
