Hampton Inn & Suites Sarasota/Lakewood Ranch

We arrived just as Hurricane Idalia was at Tampa's doorstep. The front desk folks couldn't have been more accommodating. Although housekeeping services were suspended for a couple of days, we had everything we needed. The property is super clean,,and had a pleasant scent. We will not hesitate to stay here again.

The front desk was amazing as always! The cleaning staff were super! Smiling and gave us extra towels and time to leave ! I love this place !

Zero complaints clean tools nice hotel kind staff so many extras and a good free breakfast.

Asked for a microwave on 2 days and told yes we will arrange that but never happened. I appreciate the hotel is dog friendly but i do not think dogs should be allowed to walk around the breakfast area. This happened on my last morning. We are in the season for bugs so the pool and hot tub should be cleaned daily. A gentlemen was scooping them out of the hot tub! Noise wise, midweek is quiet, but on friday night the noise from the traffic on the main road was loud.

Hampton Inn is our go to hotel! Clean, dog friendly, staff excellent, rooms large, and breakfast is included.

i chose this hotel with much desire for a heated pool and hot tub. the heaters were broken on both which was disappointing. this wasnt our ideal location nor our price point but we did it anyway to enjoy hot tub and pool :-(. we did find the location was nice, room clean and midern, staff excellent.

If I could give 10⭐️s for the staff, I would. I’d like to give a special thanks to Minerva and Debbie. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. I would revisit this property just for that reason. Thank you x1000.

Everything was first class....breakfast was outstanding! Staff was very helpful in getting us an early check in, which we needed because we had to attend a wedding that afternoon. Both desk ladies were professional and always greeted us with a smile!
