Cable TV malfunctioning and with very few channels. Leaking in the bathroom stall, cooling system dripping and difficult to regulate, and for breakfast I was charged 30 reais instead of the 25 advertised on the app.

Hotel facilities are good, high floors are not damp, swimming pool is more convenient, breakfast can be fried eggs or Omelet, taste is also quite a lot of choices, fruit is good, front desk service English is also very good. There are still activities at the hotel from time to time, and there are said to be many activities on Saturdays.

I go to this hotel every year and I feel it is very suitable for business people. It is also convenient to take a taxi at the door. It is also close to the supermarket. It is safe to travel around. The breakfast is very rich and there are various desserts! That is, the rain forest over there will rain sooner or later! The restaurant in the hotel is also OK. The problem is that there are a lot of Chinese tourists who go after knowing it...you know...

The room was just as in the pictures, super comfortable bed and pillows. Great view from room's balcony and from the pool. There was a bit of miscommunication between the staff as to if the sauna or the jacuzzi were working (neither were). Nice breakfast variety as well.

My husband and I stayed at Ibis Budget Manaus for one night in January 2020 after an Amazon cruise. We arrived very early in the morning after disembarkation. Knowing that check-in wasn't until hours later, we'd decided to add an extra night (i.e. from the night before) to our booking so as to gain immediate access to our room. At check-in, however, the receptionist waived the fee for the full night and instead told us they'd only be charging a much smaller early check-in fee. We were very impressed by their thoughtfulness and lack of greed. The room, albeit small, was functional and contained everything we needed for a 20 hour stay. This was, in fact, not only the cheapest, but also, by far, the cleanest hotel room we stayed in while holidaying in Brazil. The complimentary wifi was excellent and streaming Netflix worked well through the wifi. We ordered dinner through Uber Eats and got cutlery from the on-site restaurant (this necessitated the use of google translate since restaurant staff did not know what ”knives and forks” meant in English.) We also stayed at another budget hotel in Manaus (Intercity Manaus), but felt that we had a better experience at Ibis. Overall, an excellent budget stay for a short duration in a fresh, modern and, above all, clean hotel.

Located very close to the Amazon theatre, Taj Mahal is a very old hotel, the room despite spacious and with good air conditioning, has problems in facilities such as cutting gardens, shelling floor, old and rough towels, Doubtful board ... but all this has already been expected because the value they collect is very low. it does not give to expect much more than that for this price.

Fiquei hospedado de 25 a 31/07/22, a suíte que fiquei é bem estruturada, espaçosa, tinha vista para o teatro e rendeu boas fotos, fiquei no sexto andar foi impossível dormir bem um barulho infernal a noite da para ouvir tudo que acontece na rua principalmente o barulho dos carros, caso queiram se hospedar sugiro ficar do 10º andar para cima, o serviço da recepção é um pouco fraco achei o pessoal meio enrolado... o restaurante definitivamente não suporta a capacidade do hotel o último dia foi pior, apenas um funcionário no restaurante que não dava conta de tudo. No que tange a localização, apesar de estar a duas quadras do teatro Amazonas, achei perigoso em virtude da ausência de policiamento pois após o primeiro quarteirão a rua fica escura e a chance de ser abordado é grande. Sobre o policiamento apenas no dia 30 eu vi policiamento na praça e nos arredores do teatro o que definitivamente foi um ponto negativo. Não me hospedaria novamente nesse hotel. O taxi até o aeroporto na bandeira 2 custa r$ 69

Perfect hotel for late arrival or early departure. Topical Ibis-style rooms, spotlessly clean with a good shower. Breakfast is not included but is worth the extra money. There's a mini-breakfast available before 5AM. Friendly staff and very efficient, even in English.
