We came with my friends we came for the first time, but we were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms of the hotel, the food was really enough and very delicious,we admired the animation team very much and the sea was very clean, it was very beautiful, especially we thank ms.azize , she was very interested thank you very much,we are thinking of coming again ♥️

Nothing positive to say …. Sorry but for the money I paid this is not a 5 star hotel The rooms are old and boring the cleanliness was not very good in the end I had to clean shower as a hair was in there for 4 days unacceptable to be honest Coffee granules not cleaned up under dressing table even the beds were not made just rolled up and placed at the end of the bed list goes on The food tasteless and COLD COLD COLD in the end I ended up eating bread in the evening or nothing at all I mean even the boiled eggs in the morning where stone cold what’s that all about?? ONE GOOD THING Mehmet the guy that cleans around the pool MASSIVE SHOUT OUT TO HIM what a lovely happy chappy always helpful and nothing is to much MASSIVE PAT ON THE BACK he was lovely needs a pay rise And the ant nest by the pool by the slides needs sorting out had to move sun lounger as it was awful a few ants yes can live with that but this was a army of ants yuk Broken glass under dinning room tables from the night before no care was taken setting up the tables it was really depressing was not a joy going to meal times and service so slow in the end got my own drink (which is fine I have a pair of legs) but if the waiters look at you see you’ve just arrived and decide to wait on Other tables and ignore you … Na not for a 5 star hotel they need talking to noticed they prefer the table that gives tips all the time they got their favorites (don’t get me wrong we tipped aswel) So all in all if you want a expensive holiday that delivers nothing this is the place to go

We were very pleased with the kids' club. The young women who looked after our child were incredibly kind and wonderful. Every day, they organized various activities at the beach club, and in the evenings, they hosted a "mini-disco" performance on stage where the children danced along with them—it was truly delightful to watch. We highly recommend this hotel, especially because of Nergiz, who was wonderful and always had a smile on her face.

This place is amazing! It offers plenty of unforgettable experiences, starting with delicious cuisine and ending with professional, fun and engaging animation and yoga team. The staff here are truly outstanding, real professionals who take care of every little detail and make you feel valued. The rooms are spotless, the views are breathtaking, and the beach restaurant has friendly waiters and a wonderful atmosphere. There's no time for boredom because animators encourage guests to join fun activities throughout the day. Evening shows are both professional and enjoyable. Whether you're young or elderly, everyone will find something to love here.

A World-Class Stay – Worth Every One of Its 5 Stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with service that was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to even the smallest details – it felt genuine, not just routine. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The bed was heavenly to sleep in, and the view from the balcony looked like something out of a postcard. Every detail had been thought of – from luxurious toiletries to fresh fruit and a personalized welcome note. The hotel’s facilities also deserve top praise. The spa was calm and relaxing, the pool area immaculate, and the restaurant offered culinary experiences of the highest standard. The breakfast buffet was generous, with everything you could possibly wish for – fresh ingredients, delicious specialties, and eggs cooked exactly how you like them. The location was also perfect – close to the beach, local attractions, and city life, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and exclusive. All in all, this was an experience that exceeded all expectations. The hotel doesn’t just deliver in one area – it delivers in every one. It’s without a doubt worthy of all 5 stars, and we’ll gladly return. Highly recommended

The hotel gives you everything- you can not only relax by the pool drinking great cocktails but also have some fun with the animation team. The oportunities are wide- you can play beach volleyball, try some yoga(Niko was an amazing yoga teacher) or do some water gymnastic with Bugy(also a wonderful guy, it was always a fun with him). The rest of the animation team: Elif, Kayhan, Benji and Murat are also great people. We gonna miss them! The rooms were very clean and food was so delicious. Also very kind staff. I highly recommend this place!

We have just returned from the Diamond Excellence Resort, and we truly loved our stay! As we travel to Turkey twice a year and have stayed in many 5-star hotels, we can confidently say that this one is definitely among the best. We were very impressed with the hotel: the resort is compact and well designed, the food is delicious and varied, which is very important to us, the alcoholic beverages are of good quality, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable (we stayed in a family room). The sandy beach is clean, pleasant, and equipped with very comfortable sunbeds. The facilities and dining options are excellent, but what truly makes the difference is the staff, incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Merdan, the bartender at the beach bar and the Irish Bar, for his professionalism, kindness, and impressive memory. It’s always a real pleasure when a staff member remembers guests and their drink preferences among so many visitors, it makes the holiday experience even more enjoyable. We would also like to thank Eray, the nightclub bartender, who showed exemplary calm and professionalism when an incident occurred with our electronic cigarette. He reacted immediately, put out the fire, handled the situation perfectly, and reassured us with great kindness while we were in shock. Thanks to such professionalism and care, our stay went wonderfully well. The only small downside was the hairdresser, who unfortunately couldn’t manage a simple bob haircut. After the appointment, I had to contact a hairdresser at another hotel and walk about twenty minutes to fix the uneven result. However, this small inconvenience did not spoil our overall excellent experience. We will gladly return!

The hotel is in a wonderful location with direct access to a beautiful beach. The hotel itself is exclusive, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The food is very good, with many options to choose from, including themed evenings such as Mexican or Italian night. The entertainment is top-notch, with plenty of activities organized by the animators throughout the day and in the evenings The only downside was one of the animators, a girl with long black hair, who persistently pressured us to buy bingo tickets from her rather than from the other animators. This made a very negative impression on me, and I no longer wanted to take part in the activities she was running. Other than that, the hotel is of the highest standard.
