Positives, We found the hotel very appealing to look at Pool area always clean and staff work hard to keep it clean Hotel rooms cleaned every day if cleaning light is pushed on but not to a high standard for example, a few times our sink wasn't cleaned or the toilet, the floor wasn't swept or mopped some days. Toilets throughout the hotel always kept clean Lovely pool cold but lovely! Slides are good and also splash park for little ones. Negatives Reception staff we found to be rude especially to women Lobby bar served others before you (especially if you was an English woman) even though they seen you standing for a while Cocktails rubbish, was served in a plastic cup (other languages had theirs in glasses with fruit!) Evening mini disco for children was okay but then they'd spend and hour or so giving out tshirts to children who attended the club in the day (so boring for children who didn't attend) Food was rubbish Our family got sick whilst there If you didn't go to the entertainment at night there was nothing else to do in the other 2 bars, many people were making their own entertainment Woman are treated differently to men All in all we had a good time but wouldn't return!

I did the mistake of reading the reviews after booking so I was dreading it. But it shows not to take them too seriously as everyone has their own perception of a holiday. We had a fantastic 10 days at this hotel. There are good and bad things to it. Good: rooms were modern and clean and our maid although didn’t speak English was lovely and decorated our room for my birthday. Pool was clean and we didn’t get mithered by sales people from the spa unlike some other resorts. Bar staff work really hard. Reception staff are friendly, Reported the air conditioning not working and the toilet roll holder had fallen off. Within 5 mins they were there to fix it. The room we had was interconnecting which was fabulous with 2 older teenage boys. We booked excursions through the rep and the keep safari is a must but there are no animals on site but plenty of water fights and foam machines. Bad: food is very same same every night( they do have a panini maker outside of the buffet hall which saved breakfast and of an evening they do cook fresh meat out there too) the entertainment is dreadful and is located at the front of the hotel. Having read the reviews I took cards and travel games which kept us entertained. There are plenty of British people there and there are a lot of rude Germans, Turkish and Russians. I had a few run ins with them and they soon back down. The hotel is quite remote and there isn’t any nice walks. There is one market about 15 mins walk down the road.

Worst hotel ever I have been in. They called it for 5 stars hotel, that is not true, I will more likely say 3+ stars. I booked a family room, but I got room full of coaches, and there was no door at the bath room. Even if I want to borrow a iron, they didn't have it, I have to pay for the service. No privacy in a room. Balcony was not safe for the kids. There food was terrible, same food every single day. They had fries for breakfast?!?! Their service at the hotel was so terrible. No body could speak English. The hotel was more Russian and German friendly. There fitness so terrible. The equipments was broken and it had been broken for 2 month and no body had fixed it. That is not 5 stars hotel standard. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, even their own employee told me they were not happy there. Don't believe in the their pictures on their website. Full off lies...

Having read the previous reviews, I must say, we had a vastly different and positive experience! We found the rooms to be spotless, if you put the green maid sign on, your room was seen to, if it wasn’t, you were left alone as requested, fridges were topped up daily when green sign on, towels exchanged and bedding made. The bar staff and dining staff were exceptional, we honestly can not thank them enough for the attentiveness and helpfulness they demonstrated, always happy to chat with you and ask how you are, always working hard and always happy to help you. Of course the food gets repetitive, it’s a hotel, of course it’s not predominantly “English food” you’re in Turkey! The fresh salad is amazing, yes I will admit the drinks machines aren’t always turned on but there is always water to hand and some beverage available. And yes, the flys can be bothersome but the cleanliness of the hotel is great! We saw the staff deep cleaning EVERYNIGHT! The hotel isn’t that hard to navigate either! The overall cleanliness of the hotel is very good, yes toilets by the pool can get a bit smelly and wet but they are cleaned every night. The pools are spot on, slides are only on at certain times but there are plenty to choose from for kids and adults. There is one slide not available to children which isn’t a bad thing as you don’t have many in the queue! Only thing missing is a football pitch of some kind. I will agree with some of the other reviews, there isn’t a great deal around the area… the taxi to the market is 12 euros, the market is huge, make sure you barter as you will always be “special first customer”. There isn’t anywhere that is in walking distance but if you did your research, you knew this already. Overall we really enjoyed the stay, 11 nights all inclusive with 2 nights in the restaurant, we honestly believe it is the bar staff and kitchen staff that help make this place as good as it is 10/10 for those guys. Best tip I could give is to learn a little bit of Turkish, it really does go a long way, also, take Euros or Sterling. Lira is pretty much dead out there now.

All 3 stars are given to the entertainment staff, if I could I would give them 10 stars. They are AMAZING. Every night there is a show which they will translate from Turkish to English and German. The entertainment staff made this holiday for us. The hotel itself is okay, not 5 stars but ok. The food is buffet style but I advise getting there when it opens as when it gets busy it’s super stressful with people pushing/cutting in. Getting a table for 2 was awful as other guest would take chairs or put tables together. It’s definitely a hotel for children/families not really for couples. Our hotel rep was ridiculous. We met him once, and then after that we tried to contact him as I had severe sunburn and the hotels advise was to go the pharmacy. He never replied but thankfully a different hotel rep was kind enough to drive us to one. The cleaning staff were lovely, did our blanket in different shapes every day. On my birthday they did two swans with rose petals which was beautiful. But I would advise writing a note asking them to provide water/juice in the fridge as ours wasn’t regularly restocked. 3 decent pools with water slides. Some of the bar staff can be quite rude and the spa staff are very pushy too. We did go to the spa and they did a very good job and we enjoyed it. We would probably visit again for a shorter time and only if we had children. The entertainment staff did take us out to a nightclub called Illusion which was a good experience. It is quite isolated, but there is a beach opposite but if you please wear some wet shoes as it’s very rocky towards the sea. Not a sandy beach really and we only stayed 10 minutes. The trips we had offered were good and we did 2. Not the worst hotel, but not the best.

This place is a no go for British people, the place is very aimed for mostly German, Russian, polish and Turkish - they do not cater for children with food. The hotel constantly wants money if you have already booked do not listen to their lies there is a bus service which costs 3 euro per person in and same back not a 33euro taxi each way that they will blag you for!! I am happy to give details on how buses work The slides are also limited - 10-12 and then 2-4 but I will add your child will be disappointed as there is a slide (orange one) which they do not state when booking that it is for over 18s only Now entertainment - you only get one show per night which I must admit the shows out with the hotel such as the dance groups are fab, although these are meant to start at 21:30 which in my opinion is late for young children but most of my stay they were all on past 10pm - but that is all you get. The hotel states all sorts of activities such as games room please be aware this is not included in your hotel rate you must pay which the hotel does not state at the time of booking Now going onto the housekeeping staff - they do as please so be aware and make sure you get what is required and ps flick the made button oh and we had bed bugs well we believe we had them but our sheets were never changed in the whole two weeks we were there, to our knowledge The food - well the food we lived off a chips, it’s the same food every day, the hotel does not inform you of anything apart from a time sheet, so if you have booked already go outside at the back they do toasties and fresh omelettes- To finish off this holiday - the overall mannerisms of the stuff was rude and non compliment with our needs and also for example my partner waited almost 20mins but while other people who just came up got served the staff then named that person the “angry Scotsman “ Place is a joke aviod

Where do i even start?? We got there at night time, they told us to go to the dining roon to have some food. The staff was taking the food away when they could clearly see we were still eating. They were even turning the lights OFF on us. - The staff that worked in the bars were constantly asking us to go to the beach with them. Telling me and my friend ( im 21 & she was 20 ) to go to the beach to do “things” with them at night time???? Proper strange and creepy - They also found my instagram and started messaging me on there constantly. I felt so uncomfortable as a 21 year old girl i was creeped out! - They took us to a club from the hotel, it was AWFUL! We asked to go back to the hotel and they told us no. They told us we had to stay there for 5 hours.. there was no where to sit either so we were having to stand and do nothing for this long. When gone back to the hotel we asked the manager about the club and he told us we could of came back any time ?? It was like they were playing games with us and we just wanted a relaxing holiday. - Its scary going on holiday knowing that the hotel workers are constantly starring at you, coming up to you when ur in bikinis and stuff! - Me and my friend was very drunk one night, and i was actually live streaming on instagram ( i have the recording ). And the bartender literally pushed us inside this room and he started kissing my friend. This is a 4/5 star hotel. When watching it back the next day, it was insane to know this is what they did to us. - I would recommend not going and going somewhere else xx

Where do I start oh yes from the beginning. Booked and read reviews afterwards. To say I was then worried is an understatement. But now to the truth. Arrived 2am August 10th. Delightful reception staff and great porter. Room very clean and comfortable. Food predominantly Turkish but there really was something for everyone. Very clean dining room great waiters. Poolside bar and food once again something for everyone. Entertainment staff from poolside to nighttime were very very clever and animated just great and attentive. The pools were lovely and spacious. The only negative is shop in hotel who sells snacks and small personal items extremely expensive so if you can I would suggest you take snacks from home. The trips were great my grandchildren loved them but try and shop around for competitive prices. So checked out 16th August wishing we had booked extra week. It really was our best holiday we have been on. Thank you to every member of staff at this lovely hotel we will definitely be returning and recommending you to family and friends.

When I booked this holiday, I had doubts with reading the reviews but many sound like they just wanted even more, even though I don't understand what else the hotel could offer. The hotel was a great place for families, positives include: Numerous pools, always immaculate and fantastic slides. A couple of bars and and food places. Good spa, with free access to sauna, steam room and little gym. A couple of minutes walk to the beach, with a lovely beach bar and food. The beach has some shingles, but still perfectly enjoyable. On the beach there is water sports, but found these much more expensive than in the nearest towns. The food, everything may not be to everyone's taste, but oh my..... So much choice, there will always be something to find. The salad bars were lovely and ice creams available for most of the day too. Rooms were immaculate and perfect size. This leads to my one and ONLY critique of the whole holiday was the mattress, so hard and I have problems with my joints so was in a lot of discomfort, but again this was my preference and nothing against the hotel. The entertainment was quite loud, but when in room you cannot hear it. We were on level 4 and great views. The hotel is just off the main road, but you cannot hear it at all! My recommendations - Booked a trip with on site rep of pirate boat, see waterfall and trip to market, tried to charge £45 each, but we paid £30 adult and £15 children- this was well worth it, all inclusive even on the boat and was fed. The markets you need to haggle hard. A ten minute walk right to the top of the road, next to the grey hotel is 3 good shops which were very cheap and pharmacy up there also. Do not hire the 3 wheeled scooter things incredibly dangerous and we witnessed an accident on them when we were also out, we returned ours immediately. The onsite photographer, meet him on the beach at sunset (we met at 5.30), he's super speedy and only charged 7 euros a picture and will do a deal of purchasing a few of them. These are amazing quality and he's a very talented photographer. Everyone will only want Euros, so up to you, but felt our Turkish Lira wasn't as good currency. Despite being informed there are no buses there is, bus stop right across the road.
