Seriously, I've never experienced anything like this. Upon check-in, they gave me a room key, and when I opened the door, someone was already inside! The way they handled it afterwards was really poor; there was no apology. Although they eventually sorted it out and their attitude improved, at the time, getting the wrong room and their initial attitude was completely unacceptable. I definitely won't be staying here again, even though I hadn't had any bad experiences before this. If it weren't for this incident, everything else probably would have been smooth. The hotel's location is decent, though.

Fantastic experience! We booked this place on a whim and were pleasantly surprised. The location is super convenient, and the decor is modern. Overall, it's excellent. If you're visiting Manchester, it's close to everything and feels quite safe too.

The most inconvenient thing was that the shower didn't have a separate door, so water would splash out everywhere when I showered. Facilities: The gym has basic equipment. Hotel was very conveniently located, a short walk to the train station. Room was excellent and the service was good. For breakfast, you get to select one main course and unlimited portions at the food line. Room service was good as well.

Absolutely great location, very friendly staff and the room was clean and cozy. The reception staff are very helpful and nice, they help me to keep my luggages when I travel to other cities and of-course I will stay there again before i head back to my country. Definitely will stay here again if I come to Manchester. Super super satisfied. Oh one thing I will never forget, their croissants are very delicious make sure you have your breakfast here 🫶.
