很不錯的公寓，所有設備都是新的，但是床單比較臟，入住時候可以檢查下讓工作人員更換。公寓位置比較難找，在一棟大樓的一個側邊小門，到達的時候有工作人員等着。

Fabulous clean apartment, great, central location. However, the apartment stated for 4 people! Although there was only 1 duvet on the double bed, and only a sheet, and a thin blanket on the sofa-bed. We were sooooo very cold, and the heating was also not an easy system to use and no instructions. Contacted customer services the next morning to provide a duvet, they contacted me to advise would look into it. No response until I contacted them again at 1800hrs, and was then advised to go out and buy a duvet/cover for no more than £20, which would be reimbursed, which I was unable to do due to show booked that evening. To summarise, great apartment, very poor customer service experience, and a very cold 2 nights.
