Travelodge Manchester Ancoats Hotel

A great location close to Manchester Victoria station loads of bars and clubs and niche shopping. Was here for a music gig the other side of the city but Uber there and back was very easy. The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and fun and the morning breakfast was extensive and a good selection of most things. It’s a clean and surprisingly quiet hotel as it’s right on a very busy main road. It’s a budget hotel so not too many frills no fridge or iron but everything worked really well good bed and good shower and for me that’s the main selling factor of a hotel room.

We book, confirm and paid in advance for the room. Once we arrived, the hotel management said they don't have a room for us.

Was a very hot week in Manchester. Can’t fault the hotel its clean lovely breakfast and great location. Joy was very helpful in the restaurant friendly and attentive. Catherine on the desk went above and beyond. X front road can be noisy take earplugs if it bothers you x

Ive been staying in this hotel for work over the last 10 weeks. The hotel has a very friendly team working here. Very hard working to make you have the best stay possible. It is very nice to come back from work on a day, to friendly welcoming people that understand your needs. They have made it a home away from home for me. The service, drinks and food have always been fantastic, and no trouble at all. The area is vibrant with many things in walking distance. Rooms are always clean and tidy, ive never had a problem, beds are comfy, showers are always spot on, and if I have had a query, it is always answered in a timely manner, and the communication I have had with the staff has really made my stay fantastic. Will definitely stay here again whether it be work or please. Thank you team!. 😉👍

We came to Manchester & stayed at Travelodge Ancoats. We had a fabulous time, but had a few issues with the shower in room that flooded & a couple of other little issues. But they were dealt with quickly. We would stay again as staff were fantastic and so friendly. Thanx to manager Daniella & the girls, Joy, Faith, who were very helpful and looked after us. This is a budget hotel and As such it is a 5 star budget hotel. I was greeted by wonderful staff and checked in quickly. No views to speak off from room 207. But was reasonably quiet for a Sunday night city centre even with open window. The room was immaculately clean. Room was a little warm. It was 22c outside so when really hot days could be too hot, although there is a fan in wardrobe too. I didn’t try food although there is a full menu. Lovely fluffy towels & good shower. Large mirrors throughout. Lots of lights & convenient switches. USB B&C both sides of the bed and on full room length desk with chair. Kettle with tea & coffee. Free view Tv. Good wifi though you pay for more than 30mins. My own 5g was fine. Wardrobe with hangers & extra pillows.Bed really comfy and linen exceptionally soft and clean. Well done Travelodge.
