Both of location and staff are excellent. The room also good , exclude bathroom. For bathroom, both of ceiling, tiles and edges of bathtub look not nice.

The hotel is conveniently located on the first floor, which means we need an elevator to access it. Upon entering, I immediately noticed how clean and tidy the space is, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast served here is absolutely delicious, making for a great start to the day. Overall, I really like this hotel very much.

Although the room is not spacious and lacks an electricity plug for charging, one USB port is behind the beds. However, it is clean and tidy, and the receptionists are polite, helpful, and friendly. The services provided are excellent.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very impressed. The rooms and common areas were exceptionally clean, making the stay very comfortable. The staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their good attitude really made a difference in the overall experience. The Holiday Inn West Manchester is located near university of Southport which make it very convenient for students here for exchange programs. There are nearby fast food outlets such as KFC and McDonald’s which makes it very convenient to purchase food after midnight. There are also shops such as JD sports, the Costa coffee enables convenience to get a quick meal when needed. Overall, the staff are friendly and I am very pleased with the stay here.

Great location, friendly staff and great breakfast

Really enjoyed our stay, easy check in and out. However, slight mixup and confusion at first by giving up a room that someone has already booked, luckily when we went in they weren’t in but they sorted it and ensured us it wouldn’t happen to us.

The room is very comfortable to stay, and the quailty of breakfast is very good.

It was a good stay at Holiday Inn Manchester West. A free parking is essential and most convenient to family travel.

Good breakfast. Spacious room including a big bath room. Very quiet area, especially evening and night. Only a few restaurants nearby with almost no guests, so returned to take the dinner at hotel lobby restaurant.

Location: very good (for concert at the ao arena), free parking: great, staff: great, breakfast: very good (lot of choice)....but bedroom above main street and very noisy...didn't sleep well. Soundproofing: very poor
