Good location. Poor service from staff when an issue with the tv was reported but eventually changed room. New room couple things broken and missing back from remote along with broken plugs

The lifestyle was super Location: 5/5 The location is fantastic, situated right in the heart of downtown. It’s within walking distance to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping centers. Public transportation is also easily accessible, making it convenient to explore the city. Cleanliness: 4/5 The hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness. The lobby, common areas, and my room were spotless. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough, ensuring that everything was in order each day. Service: 4/5 The staff at Grandview Hotel were friendly and professional. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. The concierge was particularly helpful in providing recommendations and assisting with reservations. Amenities: 4/5 The hotel offers a range of amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center, a relaxing spa, and a rooftop pool with stunning city views. The on-site restaurant serves a delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of options. However, room service was a bit slow during peak hours. Room: 3.5/5 The room was comfortable and well-appointed, with modern furnishings and a cozy bed. The bathroom was spacious and stocked with high-quality toiletries. However, the soundproofing could be improved, as I could occasionally hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. Value for Money: 4/5 Considering its prime location and the quality of services and amenities, the Grandview Hotel offers good value for money. While it may be on the pricier side, the overall experience justifies the cost.

Really warm in the room air condition didnt work

The hotel's location is convenient for accessing the city center, which was a definite plus. However, I was disappointed by the outdated interior of the hotel. The lights is broken. Additionally, the staff's attitude left much to be desired. When I inquired about a broken light, their response was dismissive and lacked hospitality. Saying that’s it’s normal, their main ceiling lights is not functional. Furthermore, when I asked for recommendations on where to purchase slippers since the hotel didn't provide them, the staff's response was unhelpful, simply replying: “just go out to find a nearby shop, any shop that has slippers."

Nice hotel but to noisy remanded hhhhhhhhhhhhhhh good luck with the above information 👍

A nice hotel in Manchester City centre. I would recommend it!

Perfect location! Within walking distance to all places

Booked a room without a window for a cheap 1 night break was upgraded on arrival to a room with a window , twin room , massive room , comfy bed , and had tea and coffee facilities, shower above a bath , right in the middle of the city centre , reception was very friendly , and informed me we're the lift was and check out at 10am they do offer a late check of 12pm for £10 or 1pm for £20, also breakfast if booked on arrival was offered at a reduced price of £9.95 , I booked the room for £34 but the option to include breakfast £42 on trip.com so only really £3.50 each for a breakfast which thought was a good offer decided to not have breakfast here , vending machine for snacks choclates crisps and drinks by the lift 24 hours , tv in the room , security on site would not let you in the building till you shown you booking number and I.d and was a bit over the top he was it doesn't mention in booking if staying here guests can not come over after 10pm and must show I.d for each person at reception not seen that before usually just the hotel booked shows I.d so a bit over the top ,

Only thing would say.... make sure you have the required ID.!! On the whole... central to everything. Great stay

The legendary Sachas. Fantastic location in the centre of the city. Bit more expensive than I remember, but did the job. Door staff in the evening were not the friendliest. The even more legendary Rowntrees cafe is not far, which is another massive bonus.

The hotel is at city center which makes it easy to go ground! Some of the facilities are a bit old but acceptable.

Good but heating was broken, asked for an alternative, gave a small heater also broken.

The receptionist were helpful especially with the taxis service from the hotel to the train station. The room was neat.
