Good location near to the University and carpark. The quality of the cotton quilt cover is full mark. The service team is excellent.

It was exceptionally clean and had facilities for preparing simple meals. It truly felt like a Manchester University dorm, being entirely surrounded by the campus. Strolling through Manchester Uni's grounds, just outside the building, was incredibly pleasant. Highly recommended, and the surrounding area felt very safe.

The location is close to the university of Manchester and not too far away from the town. The room is clean and large enough. Will book this hotel again when visit Manchester next time.

The location is fantastic, very close to the University of Manchester and directly opposite student accommodation, making it incredibly convenient for getting to campus. The environment is lovely, the service was excellent, and the rooms feature large floor-to-ceiling windows. Everything was also spotlessly clean.

Great location, right next to the University of Manchester! It's incredibly convenient for visiting both the university and nearby museums. The room features a wealth of modern and new amenities, and public transport links in the area are excellent.

I am very disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. The room we were given was described by reception staff as an “upgrade,” but it was far from it. The bathroom had a persistent sewage smell every time we entered, and the shower only provided cold water. When we raised these issues with staff, the only response we received was that we would be given an upgrade on our next visit. Frankly, this is unacceptable, as we will not be returning to this hotel. For a brand as reputable as Hyatt, this experience was extremely disappointing and well below expectations.

The room was good, and breakfast was decent. The price was reasonable when booked in advance. However, when I tried to add just one extra day and extend my stay in the same room on short notice, the cost doubled. Therefore, it's best to plan your stay thoroughly and book all your nights at once.

Great hotel, makes you feel like home from the moment you enter the hotel. Really friendly staff, great amenities. Location wise, just outside of city centre but easy access with plenty of transport links.
