i initially booked it for myself but needed to give the room to my friend, the staff were superhelpful in how quickly and friendily they sorted everything out. good stay and a decent pint of beer. or 10.

Called in while passing hoping to get a table. The service, food and atmosphere is amazing. Live music made the experience. The Sunday roast was the best I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend

Trying to get better but not really succeeding I had the cheese and onion pie tasty but far too small two bites and it was gone need to make the portion bigger the other two meals were average roast dinners needs to get better

A five star experience from start to finish, the staff were fabulous and attentive, nothing was too much trouble, and the food was amazing! We had the Sunday roast and every bite was gorgeous. You can tell this place really cares about their customers and what they do. Will definitely be coming back

This pub was near my hotel in Castlefield, Manchester, I noticed it as I came past in the bus, so decided to pop in. It has recently been taken on by a new owner, so not a chain pub any more. Very friendly welcome by Shane and all the staff. Well presented drinks and lovely pub grub at fair prices.
