Proper location. Helpful staff at the front desk. Clean and tide room. Noise from the pub wasn't a huge issue at weeks days.

Good location and pub is right next door. Only cons is the pungent smell when you walk through the corridor.

I stayed at this hostel solo for the Parklife Festival, and my goodness what a great time I had!!! 7/8 in the room were attending all as solo travellers so we joined up and spent the two days together having such good fun! A really nice hostel but the only downside is the lack of air flow in the rooms, with the windows open to hardly nothing a one single fan that blows warm air around, I do recommend bringing your own fan with you because otherwise it’s like living in a sauna Not too noisy but I was on floor 3 so most of the noise was blocked out

Such a great place to stay! Amazing location especially if you’re there for the night life!! The rooms were so great. The beds with the curtains and lights were super comfortable and had great privacy- felt like a capsule hotel! Aircon worked great. £9 breakfast was so delicious! Cons: Not a social hostel. Interesting (strange) clientele. Not really fault of the hostel and just bad luck I suppose, but I would be remiss to mention- I ended up moving to a 8 person mixed dorm because the 4 person female dorm I booked had guests that were very visibly dirty and pungently smelled like fish and sh*t (stunk up the room). I asked to be moved immediately and was accommodated. I was not offered a refund (for the price difference), however, when I asked for free breakfast for the room downgrade + negative experience and was given it which I appreciated.

I stayed for two nights, and unfortunately, I got bitten by bedbugs. It's getting worse, and the hotel really needs to pay attention to hygiene. That said, the location and the staff were great.
