Nice hotel with clean room. Convenient with 5-6 minutes to tram station. Only 1 things no lifts so with small suitcases ok or you can send luggage in reception.

Great hotel within walkable distance of Heaton Park. There’s a Tesco, Costa and takeaway restaurants 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Staff were really friendly. They have a little bar area and although breakfast wasn’t selectable on booking we could request it if we wanted it at reception. Breakfast was really nice and great variety. Plenty of parking and they had erected a fence around the car park and gave us passes to get back in so that people from the gig couldn’t just wander into the car park so very secure. There was some outdoor seating which was nice so you could sit out with a drink in the sunshine. Apartment was very clean, had a nice big fridge with freezer (they provided a bag of ice and some bottled water). Only minor downside was that we could only pay via bank transfer not by debit/credit card. But not a huge dealbreaker just worth mentioning,
