This place is awful. I strongly recommend you dont book. Its filthy, run down and the owner makes false accusations so you cant get your security deposit back - BEWARE. It's run by a con artist. There isn't 23 beds at all, the bathrooms are mouldy, kitchen is filthy and it stinks. We stayed two nights. Some girls were bitten! We couldn't wait to leave. Awful place, horrendous amenities and run by the dodgiest person ever. AVOID!!!

So at the beginning of September we chose this apartment to stay at for my soon to be sister in laws hen party. I would strongly advise avoiding this property. From the moment we arrived, the experience was unacceptable: Safety hazards: The apartment had no banister on dangerously steep steps, and the designated fire exit was blocked with chairs – a serious risk in case of emergency- please see photo attached of this. Unhygienic conditions: There was a strong sewage smell in the bathrooms, the fridge did not get cold, tiles were coming off in the bathroom, and the overall cleanliness was very poor. Poor quality: Beds were extremely lumpy and uncomfortable. A plug socket fused during normal use, causing a charger to snap in half – raising further safety concerns. Deposit dispute: We paid a £500 deposit upfront. The property is now refusing to return it, falsely claiming we caused damage to the table. We have photographic evidence from check-in that the table was already damaged, yet they still insist they replaced it with no receipt to prove this. We actually left the apartment in a cleaner state than when we arrived. Overall, this stay was stressful, unsafe, and far from the standard expected. The apartment management is untrustworthy and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs – we will never stay here again.

Can't get enough of the professionalism of this woman. Felt like I was being served in a 5 star hotel. Absolutely spot on! Deserves all the praise she gets. Always a smile, always well mannered. Will be definitely paying a visit again soon.
